Appeal letter against Schengen visa refusal
To whom it may concern,
I am applicant name (SHERIF ABDELRAHIM SAIED FOAAD) holder of passport
number (A28354431)
With this letter I would hereby like to appeal against the refusal decision made regarding
my Schengen visa application for Spain. I have submitted my application to the Embassy
of Spain on 14th of August, 2022, enclosing all required documents.
Schengen visa refusal letter was sent by Consular Department of your Embassy stating
the following:
(2) “Justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was
not provided”.
(10) “The information submitted regarding the justification for the
purpose and conditions of the intended stay were not reliable”
Regarding to the travelling purpose (2): However, I have to make an appeal against this
justification provided by the appreciated Consular department, since I previously clarified
at the application the main purpose of this visiting ;I’d like to confirm that the main
Purpose of this visiting is "”Tourism” and Cities visiting by the following
Madrid, Spain (first entry) From sep. 15/2022 to sep. 18/2022
Barcelona, Spain From sep. 18/2022 To sep. 22/2022
. With regard to residency documents(10) My residency documents
submitted to you are clear enough to meet the required data, taking
into account the foregoing, and there is no clear reason for rejecting
my application: I would like to request you to review the documents
submitted to you.
Review and approval of my application and cancellation of visa
denial
The previously submitted documents:
1- Filled and signed application form
2- My Movement Plan
3- Current passport (original & copy)
4- National ID document ( Copy & translated)
5- Movement certificate
6- proof of registration in my university and college
7- Personal Bank Statements for latest 6 months movement.
8- Personal Bank Statement of my Father.
9- An approval written by my Father of his financial support And his approval to
travel.
10- Flight reservation
11- Confirmed hotels reservation
12- Travel insurance covers my residence in Schengen.
13- Birth Certificate
14- Color Photography
