1 Introduction
The contained Checklist indicates the factors which should be considered when undertaking a
Feasibility Study.

The information gathered aims to:

 Set the background to the Project.


 Assess the extent and reliability of any test work performed.
 Appraise the site under consideration for its amenability to further development.

The Checklist is divided into a number of different topics, under which points for consideration
are itemised. Essentially the Checklists deal with the collection of new data and the examples
given in the Notes provide for the type of information generally required.

Since each Project stands alone, the Checklist should be considered as a guide only, being
adapted to the particular scope of an individual Project.
