WE ARE SEEKING A HIGHLY MOTIVATED CLIENT ADVISOR TO JOIN OUR LUXURY REAL ESTATE TEAM AT NOBROKER, DEDICATED TO INTRODUCING
HNI CLIENTS TO PREMIUM PROPERTIES IN BANGALORE. THIS ROLE IS IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WITH A PASSION FOR LUXURY REAL ESTATE,
EXCEPTIONAL INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, AND A DRIVE TO EXCEED SALES TARGETS. THE CLIENT ADVISOR WILL ENGAGE POTENTIAL CLIENTS,
ASSIST IN PROPERTY RECOMMENDATIONS, AND GUIDE THEM THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS, ENSURING THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF SERVICE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
IDENTIFY POTENTIAL HNI CLIENTS THROUGH ONLINE PLATFORMS, REFERRALS, EVENTS, AND PARTNERSHIPS.
CONTACT NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS TO INTRODUCE NOBROKER’S LUXURY REAL ESTATE OFFERINGS, ASSESS THEIR NEEDS, AND SUGGEST
SUITABLE PROPERTIES.
ARRANGE AND ATTEND SITE VISITS, PRESENTING PROPERTIES ALIGNED WITH CLIENT PREFERENCES.
BUILD AND NURTURE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH CONSISTENT FOLLOW-UPS.
PARTICIPATE IN EVENTS TO GENERATE LEADS AND REPRESENT NOBROKER PROFESSIONALLY.
BE PROACTIVE AND GOAL-ORIENTED, WORKING BOTH INDEPENDENTLY AND AS A TEAM TO MEET SALES TARGETS.
DEVELOP A SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF LUXURY PROPERTIES IN BANGALORE, INCLUDING UNIQUE FEATURES, PRICING, AND CLIENTELE.
STAY UPDATED ON REAL ESTATE TRENDS, FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS, AND BASIC LEGALITIES RELEVANT TO LUXURY PROPERTIES.
KEY SKILLS
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: MBA OR POSTGRADUATE DEGREE (PREFERRED).
SKILLS: EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL ABILITIES, WITH A CLIENT-FOCUSED MINDSET.
SALES ORIENTATION: DEMONSTRATED DRIVE TO ACHIEVE AND EXCEED SALES TARGETS; ABLE TO WORK BOTH INDEPENDENTLY AND IN TEAM
SETTINGS.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: COMFORTABLE USING CRM SYSTEMS, EXCEL, AND OTHER TOOLS TO MANAGE LEADS, ACTIVITIES, AND CLIENT DATA.
PROFESSIONALISM: REPRESENT NOBROKER WITH INTEGRITY AND ETHICAL CONDUCT IN ALL INTERACTIONS.
