Subject : Quotation For Supply of Ready Mix Concrete At your Samangaon Road site, NASHIK.
Dear Sir,
This Refers our discussion regarding supply of Ready Mix Concrete at your site. We are Pleased to quote
our rate for the said project site on following terms.

Note : 1. Cement : Ultratech, Birla Shakti & ACC 53 Grade
2. Flyash : P-60 Dirk India ( Ambuja Cement Ltd)
TERMS & CONDITIONS :
The quoted prices are our Mix design
1. Taxes - GST@18% Including.
2. If the order quantity is less than 40m3 fix pumping charges Rs.10000/-will be applicable.
3. Payment Terms : 100% Advance.
4. Price for our mix design is as per the specification laid down in IS 456:2000.
5. If Material & Cement rate is raised with 5% then our concrete rate will be revised as per.
6. The above rate is valid for acceptance in next 15 days from the date of this offer for the purpose of
supply after the receipt of confirm order.
7. The purchase order for the supplies should be in the name of SVTS Ventures Pvt Ltd (Jadhav's Urban Concrete)
& should be mailed to

8. The Company shall not be responsible for of any casaes of damages & accidents.
9. The scope of company is limited to supply of concrete as per the order placed.
10. The invoice (bill) of RMC will be raised by SVTS Ventures Pvt Ltd ( Jadhav's Urban Concrete) based on quantity of
RMC supplied through daily accepted & signed delivery challans and not on actual site measurement basis.
However if any quantity discrepancy is seen, it should be brought to our notice in writing immediately to
ensure that any shortage is investigated or eliminated other than normal wastage at the site. No quantity
will be entertained after 24 hours.
11. Any disputes arising between the company and the customer as to terms & condition of the contract will be
referred to arbitration for settlement before further steps to taken.
12. The placement of concrete vibration, leveling, compacting, curing & shrinkage cracks shall be purchaser’s
responsibility.
PAYMENT TERMS :
1. Payment terms:- 100 % Advance in favor of SVTS Ventures Pvt Ltd (Jadhav's Urban Concrete) payable at Nashik
drawn on any Bank.
2. Any Statutory increase in duties /levies on concrete by central / state government would be charged as
applicable.
DELIVERY :
1. The Schedule of RMC requirement to be drawn up by the client periodically & furnished to us at least 48
hours in Advance of the actual placement of the site.
2. The client shall provide proper access to roads at work sites for the transit mixer, Pumps and related
equipment.
3. We will not be able to supply during traffic restriction hours as fixed by government from time to time. In case
you insist for supply during the traffic restrictions hours, you will provide us the permission from government
In case of any fine / penalties will be debited to your account.
4. Delivery of Concrete is based on 8.0 M3 load. Any part of delivery load is less than 5.00M3 shall be subjected
to an additional charge of Rs-800 per M3.
5. Waiting chargas will be applicable after 3hrs from batching 300 rupees per hr.
QUALITY :
1. The slump of concrete for effective pumping shall be maintained at 120+25 mm.
2. The testing of concrete will be carried out as per the relevant Indian Standard, at our plant laboratory. We
offer free testing of concrete with the facilities available at our in house laboratory. Cube Casting will be carried
out by our Field technician and same cube sample will be tested at our lab with your representative witness
as per your requirement. If you want to do the 3rd party Cube testing then requesting both party agree with
the result.
3. Max Retention time of concrete is 3hrs from batching time of concrete after 3hrs Ensure responsibility of
strength & qualities are on purchaser.
4. Shuttering for the slab to be cast shall be done as per design given by RCC consultant of the client & shall be
entirely your responsibility.
5. The company does not guarantee the compressive cube strength which has been added with other
materials like water proofing compounds etc. at site by client without prior written consent of the
company.
6. The company shall not be responsible for cracks developed due to improper Placing, compaction, lack of
curing, no covering of fresh concrete with plastic sheet, which may result in evaporation loss.
7. We submit weighing slip along with delivery challan please ensure weighing slip and also compare it with batch sheet
density. If any variation in weighing slips please inform us during supply.
Third party weighing in customer scope.
SAFETY :
1. It is the company policy not to undertake any work which is unsafe.
2. No other person apart from our company representative is allowed within one meter vicinity of pumps &
pipeline. Customer is requested to follow this strictly by way of advance intimation to all people concerned
during the pour. Injuries may happened due to moving parts of pump, hopper grills, high temperature of
hydraulic units bursting or sliding of pipelines and a number of clauses.
3. No person other than our company representative should come near 1 meter of TM in static position. Please
note that any person not following the Safety Norms/ Rules / Instructions is exposing himself to risk.
