They were three ladies: Remas, Gannah and Talia. They worked in the accounting department in
the city bank. Even though Talia and Gannah were sisters, they had an unbreakable friendship with
Remas.
……. pause for two chairs and table arrangement
One day, their boss, Ahmed, called Gannah to his office: he said he had something important to say.

A: ‘Listen Gannah. I think that my time has come. As you might know, the cancer started consuming
me….It’s time this bank has a new manager.’
G: ‘I’m sorry to hear that you’ll retire. You were a great manager that always supported us.’
A: I just wanted to tell you that I will start analyzing everyone’s work to make sure that the next boss will
take good care of this place, so prove yourself this month if you want this position’
G: ‘I understand the situation and I’ll try my best to be the new manager.’

Later, Ahmed called Talia and told her the same thing, then he told Remas what he told to the rest
…During this month, the girls worked harder than ever; they all wanted that position; however, jealousy
and envy crept and invaded some of them.
One table four chair arrrangement

One day, during their break time…

T: ‘Girls, guess who I saw today!’

S: ‘Who, the barista girl?’
*Talia hides Gannah’s important receipt in a drawer*
G: ‘No! she’s talking about the new lady.’
R: ‘Oh…’
*Boy say LADIES, BREAK TIME OVER*
G: Anyways, I have a meeting… have any of you seen my receipt folder.’
*Gannah anxiously looks for folder*
*Girls freak out even Talia acts*
G: ‘NO THIS CANT BE HAPPENING. MY MEETING IS IN 10 MINUTES AND THIS RECEIPT IS
VERY IMPORTANT AND I’M SUPPOSED TO SHOW IT.’
T: ‘It’s Sara. it’s her. I’m sure of that’
R: ‘YEAH SHE’S THE ONLY ONE WITH US IN THE OFFICE’
S: ‘How can you blame me. Of course it’s not me.’
G:’I really don’t have time for this. Wish me luck.’

PAUSE. Who do you think stole the receipt….accept replies

*Boy and Gannah meeting argue( two chair arrangement)*
Gannah goes to that meeting anyways and fails to make her point to the client. Shes afraid she will loose
her position offer. On the other hand, the situation at work seemed very tense.

*TALIA AND REMAS MEET SAY HEY HEY*

R: ‘I’m verrry excited! I met a client and I offered her a great deal. The Boss is going to be very proud of
me’
T: ‘Oh. That’s good. I’m so happy for you.’

After some time…

T; Hey can you give me your phone for a moment because my phone died and I want to call my mother.
R: Yea sure

Talia lied. She took her friends phone to get the client’s number. That night, she called them and offered
them a better deal to distract them from her friend’s deal.
…………boss arrangement Ahmed stand and three girls in front of him
One week before the announcement day, Ahmed called the ladies for an emergency
meeting

A: I don’t know if you’re aware of this, but your friend Talia here has been trying to
cover on your good efforts. She stole your receipts and because of her you lost
clients and then blamed sara for that
G: GASP AND WHAT R: SHE’S THE ONE WHO DID IT.
A: ‘a person who respect others is respected by others in return. Those who treat
others with compassion and concern are protected and supported by others. Your
actions define you. I understand that you wanted this Talia, but you could’ve chosen
the right path for this. How could you disrespect your friend and your family
member. And that’s why I’m proud to say that Remas got the position.’

They went out of the office and then:

R: ‘What have you done’

G: ‘How did you do this.’
T: WHAT she doesn’t even deserve this. Look at her clothes. She’s already rich, she
gets whatever she wants she doesn’t need this job. And look at you, wherever you
go, you get love easily without any effort, but me I’m not acceptable. You know
what, I’m leaving.’
G: ‘STOP. I told you to stop.’
*Talia ignore*
*Pull Talia and slap*
G: ‘Sister, you didn’t get what you wanted, that doesn’t mean you can let us down.’
R: ‘I didn’t expect this from you talia.’

The next day, Talia entered the office with her head pointing downward. She was
ashamed of what she did. How could she disrespect her friends. How could she
disrespect her own sister.

T: you were right. I was thinking about what I’ve done all night and I know my
mistake now. I’m so sorry. I should’ve respected you sisters. Can you please forgive
me sisters.’
G: ‘Ofc, I’m your sister and I’m also sorry about that slap’
S: ‘Certainly. You’re not only my friend, but you’re my sister and I definitely forgive
you.’
R: ‘I know things weren’t easy for either of us, but I have forgiven you and I want us
to move forward.’
T: Gongrats Remas you actually deserve this and thank you all for forgiving me.’
*group hug*

Shortly after Ahmed retired, Remas was the new manager of the bank. The group
remained intact. They respected each other thus their group work showed the best
results
Then the bank owner held a huge party to welcome Remas in her new position.
While celebrating, Talia gave a warm speech to introduce Remas.

T: Hello everyone ,I’m excited to introduce our new manager, Remas. Before we
welcome her, I want to take a moment to acknowledge our former manager,
Ahmed. One invaluable lesson he taught me was about respect—the importance of
valuing everyone’s contributions and perspectives. That lesson has shaped my
approach to teamwork, and I believe it will continue to guide us as we move
forward. With Remas at the helm, I’m confident we’ll build on that foundation of
respect and achieve great things together. Now, I’d like to invite Remas to share a
few words with us. Please join me in welcoming her!”

R: Hello everyone, I’m excited to step into this role as your new manager. My focus
is on building a culture of respect, where everyone’s voice is heard, and
contributions are valued. I believe that respect and collaboration are the
foundations of a successful team, and I’m committed to fostering an environment
where we support each other and grow together. Thank you for welcoming me—I’m
looking forward to working with all of you.
