History: P4 with irregular cycles, small cervical polyp, adhesions present in the cavity.
Gross: Specimen container is labeled with the patient's name and medical record number and is unmarked for
site.
Received in formalin are multiple tissue fragments collectively measuring 10 x 8 x 5 mm. The entire
specimen is submitted in a single block.

Micro: Sections show polypoidal fragment lining by cystically dilated endocervical gland with benign fibrovascular
stroma. No dysplasia or malignancy seen.
