Are you a recent graduate? Have you done volunteer work, helped your community, and worked
towards improving your country? As a university graduate, do you have demonstrated volunteer,
communication and social service skills? If so, you may be interested in applying for the Operations
Manager (OP) post at Grameenphone Limited.
For our OP candidate, we are looking for someone who has strong background in accounting and
finance, who has excellent communication skills and is able to use new technology and the web. The
right candidate will have research abilities – and be able to show teamwork in their university life.
The right candidate will be working with more senior colleagues and project teams, so ability to
manage other people and work with different human resources is a must.
Job responsibilities include:
Process customer transactions, work with clients, and handle different types of report
writing. Work in a high pressure environment, maintain deadlines and provide leadership.
Have a BBA/EEE or Science/ Economics background and internship/field work experience

Requirements
Ability to manage teams, work effectively under deadlines and prepare research and

are essential. Best candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated about working in social
service projects, and able to operate variety of computer programs/web search platforms.
Previous experience working in Telecom will be considered as added qualification.
