We are pleased to present our proposal for the B3 Package, a comprehensive ERP solution
tailored for large-scale operations. This package includes advanced modules such as ERP
Admin, Procurement, Store, Subcontract, Client Billing, Budget, Plant & Machinery, Finance,
Quality, Safety, and Planning, designed to streamline workflows and empower decision-
making.

We are pleased to present our proposal for the design and development of a web
application and mobile application to support the day-to-day business activities of your
organization. Our primary objective is to provide a user-friendly interface that enables
efficient data collection, processing, and presentation according to your specific business
requirements. Our solution aims to facilitate quick decision-making by delivering accurate

We, spontaneous enterprise OPC Private Limited, are technical project partner for designing
and developing software solution.

Project Overview
The B3 package provides an end-to-end ERP solution with an intuitive interface, real-time
notifications, and robust data processing and presentation features. Our approach ensures
the software aligns with your organization’s unique needs.

The project involves the design and development of a web application and mobile
application that will serve as a comprehensive system for managing your organization's
data. The applications will have a simple and intuitive interface, ensuring ease of use for all
users. Our team will closely collaborate with you to understand your business processes
and develop an application that aligns with your goals.

storage manufacturing company. That solution is delivered before the deadline and
currently working live. We have developed a custom business intelligent tool for one of the
leading manufacturers of Gujarat. We have designed and developed a plant automation
module for the leading tire manufacturer of India.

In Scope
This package includes requirement analysis, detailed planning, interface design, web and
mobile application development, deployment, and user training.

The scope of the project includes the following:

Requirement gathering and analysis

Prepare detailed project planning
Prepare project document and maintain it
Designing the user interface
Design and develop web application
Design and develop mobile application
Testing the web and mobile application

Deploying the application to Test and Production Environment

Out of Scope
The following are excluded:
- Master data preparation
- Data entry and correction
- Localization for multiple languages.

Following points are not covered in the scope, but not limited to this only,

Preparation of the master data for the application.

Data entry and data correction

Localization of the application for multiple languages or regions.

Timeline

Approximate time line as per the current best understanding it may go around 8
months. We will prepare module wise time line as soon as we complete wireframe and
software design and development. The timeline is subject to change based on the
complexity of the application and any additional requirements that may arise during the
development process.

Engagement Model

For this project we propose two type of engagement mode,

Fixed cost
Time and Material

Currently prototype / wireframes are not prepare for the requirement so its bit difficult to
identify accurate time and cost baseline. Still we have try our best to derive baselines base
on requirement document and our understanding. Moreover we would like to add that, this
may vary with the approved prototype.

Fixed cost:

We assume that, we will have approved prototype ready before each iteration.
Based on that requirement and our best understanding, we calculate estimate time and cost
which will be fix cost for the given prototype.

We all know that, this software solution may have multiple iteration for the further
iteration we can follow dedicate team or time and material model for the next iteration. We
are also open to flow fix cost model in case of fixed requirement.

Time and Material:

While studding requirement document we understand that, this project has multiple
deliverables / sub project which are dependent on each other. For such big and complex
project Time and Material engagement mode will be best fit mode.

For this Model we need to prepare resources and skill matrix.

Note: For this project we will implement Agile / iterative development methodology so we
suggest to follow Time and Material model for the Current phase of the solution.

High Level Resource Planning

Note: The timeline is subject to change based on the complexity of the application and any
additional requirements that may arise during the development process.
Budget
The B3 Package for up to 50 users is priced at ₹16,77,000 annually (excluding GST).
Customization is available at ₹11,25,000 per month, with free mobile app access and code
maintenance at ₹75 per 100 lines annually.

The project design and development budget is estimated to be 8 months.

INR 11, 00, 000 + Tax per month is the identified budget as per the current understanding
and resource availability. This will be billed one month Advance. Any additional costs that
may arise during the project will be communicated to the client for approval.

The project platform service and maintenance is estimated to be INR 5, 75,000 +Tax per
Months. This will be billed Six month advance.

Note: 1. this estimation as per the current understanding and requirement, this may vary in
case

Of change in requirement or understanding gap.

2. We will adjudicate to deliver the project with 8 Months.

3. We will offer complimentary assistance for a duration of one month in accordance

with

The agreed-upon timeframe. In the event of an extension of the project for up to 9

Months, the client will be responsible for remunerating only for the remaining 8
months.

4. We happily agree to refrain from selling the product until it is fully ready or until

December 31, 2024, whichever date comes later.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and patents, related to the application
and its source code will be owned by the software developer company. The client will have
exclusive rights to the source codes, enabling the client to make seamless modifications and
customizations to the software according to your unique requirements. The client shall not
be granted the rights to sell, resell, or distribute the product or any derivative products
created based on the primary ERP system.

The mobile application will be deployed on the client's account. Any revenue generated
through ads displayed within the application will belong to the Client and the software
developer will not have any claim to this revenue.

Location of the Work

Design and development phase will be held at Spontaneous Enterprise OPC Private
Limited premises at Gujarat, India / Client premises at Gujarat, Ahmedabad.

Testing phase should be performed by testing team of Spontaneous Enterprise OPC

Private Limited on Client server from Gujarat, India.

Progress Reporting and Communication

For progress reporting and communication on the project activities we preferred

our in house developed tool, In case we want to use any third party tool from the same then
we are open to use that. i.e. Trello, Basecamp

For Team close communication we preferred email communication by keeping all

stockholders in loop. Moreover instant messaging we can communicate with slack,
whatsApp Group, Skype Group

Maintenance

The client has to renew maintenance support after the app Go live. The maintenance
support charge will be INR 2, 75, 000 +Tax per Months. This will be billed Six month
advance. Following activities will be perform in maintenance support are,

Bug fixing of web application and Mobile application

Maintain production server and backup management
User training for on Production released

Following activities are excluded from warranty and Maintenance support

New development of functionality

New development of reports and alerts
 Major changes / improvements at working functionality

Payment Terms

One month Advance with PO INR 7, 50 ,000 + Taxes

Proforma invoice will be raised on last day of the month, payment should be
processed by 5th of each month, Tax Invoice will be provide on same day of the
receipt.
Maintenance payment will be bill six month in advance

Note: Project will be initiated after receiving P.O.
