Philippine government agencies involved in Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management (DRRM) and their respective functions:
National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council
(NDRRMC)

prevention, mitigation, and rehabilitation efforts.
Office of Civil Defense (OCD)
Function: Administers the NDRRMC. Implements the National Disaster Risk
