Creating a Dialogue
Objective
In this activity, you will work in pairs to create a long dialogue that incorporates various
grammatical structures and language elements. Your dialogue should last between 10 to 15
minutes and will be recorded for submission. You will also use images to illustrate your
conversation.

Your dialogue must include the following topics:

Scenarios
1. Planning a Community Event: Discuss how you will organize a charity event in the future,
including tasks that will have been completed by the event date.
2. Job Interview Preparation: One partner is preparing for a job interview; discuss past
experiences and how they have prepared for this opportunity.
3. Travel Plans: Talk about a future trip you are planning, including what you will have seen
and done by the end of the journey.
4. Research Project Discussion: Discuss a school research project, covering types of sources
you will use and how formal texts will be incorporated.
5. Book Club Meeting: Discuss a book you've both read, using idiomatic expressions and
persuasive language to convince each other about its themes.
6. Health and Fitness Goals: Talk about health goals for the future, including what changes
