Course Description

Today, the business environment has become more dynamic. Businesses must stay agile and
responsive. This course equips professionals with essential skills, covering Agile principles, emphasizing
flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Participants explore Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and
XP, vital for delivering high-quality, incremental value, and necessary methodology for managing work
dynamically. Participants also learned managing projects or daily work is different from traditional project
management. We also highlight how to manage job iteration and use value-driven approaches to deliver
the most from projects. Participants will learn practical project planning and estimation techniques, human
resources, and communication management. The course will provide hands-on workshops to ensure
proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Trello, and Asana, integrating them seamlessly with existing software.
This comprehensive course provides the tools and insights needed to succeed in Agile work
environments, develop a project management career, and pursue professional certification such as PMI-
ACP.

*Students must earn at least 60% of the total score to pass the course.
