what period and in what position? Did you manage the applicant?
Yes, the candidate, Tanuja Kolli, was employed by our organization from March 2021 to Jan 2022
as a Safety associate. During her tenure, I did directly manage Tanuja, who oversaw her work
and performance.

trustworthy, consistently meeting deadlines and fulfilling their responsibilities with diligence and
integrity.

Question 4: Do you consider this person suitable to care for and work with the elderly or those with a
disability? If so, why?
Yes, based on our observations and interactions with the candidate, we believe she is suitable to
care for and work with the elderly or those with a disability. She possess qualities such as
patience, compassion, and empathy, which are essential for providing quality care to vulnerable
populations.

Questions 5: Would you re-employ the candidate? If not why not?


Yes, we would consider re-employing the candidate. During her previous tenure with our
organization, she consistently demonstrated strong performance, reliability, and a positive
