Dear Parents,
“Greetings from IIS Family”
We would like to inform you that your ward has been selected for participating in the Sports events of the
Annual Sports Day “Pin to Win” for Grade I – XII, AY 2024-25, conducted during the school working
hours. Details of the event are as follows:
Event – Annual Sports Day
Venue – Habitat School Ground, Al Jurf

12th November 2024, Tuesday Girls Grade V-XII

13th November 2024, Wednesday Primary 2 Grade III & IV Ground, Al Jurf
14th November 2024, Thursday Primary 1 Grade I & II
Guidelines
• Students should be in PE uniform along with School ID
• Students need to carry food and water bottle (no junk food).
• No mobile or electronic gadgets are allowed. If found, will be confiscated.
• OT students should report to school sharp at 7.25 am (Late comers cannot be dropped to the
venue by parents) & must be picked up at 2.30 pm from the school (IIS) from the respective OT
Rooms.
• Bus students will be given transportation as usual.
• The student selected as a substitute athlete for Sports Day may participate only if the main
athlete is unavailable or unable to compete.
• Parents of Grade I-XII are requested to fill the Acknowledgement Slip and submit the same
to the respective Class Teacher on or before 08/11/2024, Friday. Non-submission of
Acknowledgement Slip will restrict the students from taking part in the Sports Meet as
school is not the venue.
• Non compliance to the school code of conduct by the students will be dealt as per Behavior
Management Policy mandated by MOE.
