A. Policy Statement
It is policy of Hotel Ciputra Jakarta to provide takeaway breakfast for guest who is in rush to go
to office or airport and doesn’t have time to have their breakfast meal at the Gallery
B. Purposes
To ensure every guest doesn’t lost their breakfast entitlement, as part of guest experience
during their stay
C. General Procedures
C. 1. Takeaway breakfast is part of hotel food and beverage product, designed specifically
suitable to be consumed out of the hotel, very practical for guest who is on the move
while having their breakfast meal. It is packed using disposable materials, with the
usage of dining gear at the minimum. Should the breakfast takeaway consumed
within the hotel, it will be served according to restaurant/in room dining standard.
C. 2. Takeaway Breakfast items available between 04.00 – 10.00 every day.
C. 3. For in-house guest, takeaway breakfast items available to substitute breakfast buffet
at Gallery restaurant or in room dining breakfast delivery, as part of room package
entitlement, according to breakfast entitlement policy. Therefore, should guest order
items from takeaway menu after taking his breakfast meal at restaurant/in room
delivery, guest to pay as per price.
C. 4. Breakfast takeaway items is generic items for adult and children with one set pricing.
Therefore, there is no special price/special package for children who is taking
takeaway breakfast.
C. 5. For non-inhouse guest, takeaway breakfast is available according to menu and price
at below table.
C. 6. For Group in-house with breakfast allocation below IDR 30,000 net per person,
takeaway breakfast per person will be Nasi Goreng, 1 pcs whole fruit and 1 juices.

D. Reservation/Pre-Ordering Procedures
D. 1. Non-Group/FIT inhouse guest, to pre-order through in room dining (phone extension
number 5 from room), at least 12 hours in advance.

D. 2. Group in-house guest, to pre-order to committee/event organizer, through hotel sales
PIC.
D. 3. Hotel sales PIC then inform to Executive Chef/DOFB/BOM detail of the request, latest
by 12 hours in advance.
D. 4. Ordering time for takeaway breakfast is 09:00 – 17:00 everyday
