Quick-Home Deliveries
1 Business Name: QuickHome Deliveries
Overview:
QuickHome Deliveries is an online platform that provides doorstep delivery of
household items. The startup offers a home delivery service app for Pakistani
community connecting customers with third-party shops like grocery stores,
pharmacies,house-hold items, and local retail outlets. This app works on local level
for different cities based on each city’s location, online delivery services available
there, requirements based on offerent factors such as masculinity, culture, etc. This
app focuses on filling these gap. By partnering with third-party suppliers (grocery
stores, utility shops, and pharmacies), we will deliver everyday essentials to
customers conveniently and efficiently. The goal is to solve the problem of limited
access to household goods for busy individuals, elderly citizens, and people without
reliable transportation, particularly in urban and suburban areas of Pakistan.
Problem Solved:
In Pakistan, many individuals struggle to balance work and family commitments,
leaving little time for shopping. QuickHome Deliveries bridges this gap by offering a
reliable, user-friendly service that ensures customers receive high-quality products
at their doorstep. Difficulty in reaching a broader audience and competing with large
e-commerce platforms.
2. Market Research

Elderly citizens and Special Need People needing convenience: The app
proposed will have an easy interface for both voice and text based use for
elderly citizens and special need people.
Households in urban areas like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.

To simplify lives by providing fast, reliable, and affordable doorstep delivery of
household essentials.
Goals:
Establish partnerships with 100+ suppliers in the first year: Collaboration with
different shops including those providing services such as fruits, vegetables, house-
hold item/services etc. These are the shops seeking for opportunities for more out-
reach through e-commerce. Expand services to five major cities within three years.
Products/Services:

4. Business Structure
Selected Structure: Sole Proprietorship
Justification:
A sole proprietorship suits the startup phase due to its simplicity, lower costs, and
full control of decision-making. As the business grows, we can transition to a Limited
Liability Company (LLC) for scalability and liability protection. This structure is
especially beneficial for a business working with multiple stakeholders, such as third-
party shops, delivery personnel, and end-users. The flexibility of an LLC allows us to
accommodate growth, onboard new partners or investors, and adapt quickly to
market demands.
