★The Feynman technique
The Feynman Technique is a learning and study method named after the renowned physicist
Richard Feynman. It is designed to help learners gain a deep understanding of a concept and
identify gaps in their knowledge.
There might be many ways of understanding something, but it is a skill to be able to
communicate your thoughts. And that skill should be worked on. Also, teacher can
only evaluate what you can explain to them
Study method 1
how to use the Feynman technique:
1. Choose the subject
2. Pretend to teach it to a beginner, this
helps you to break down complex
material to easy steps.
3. Pay attention to areas you struggle to
explain. Go back to your study
materials to review and fill in the
missing information.
4. Repeat the process until you can
explain the topic clearly and concisely
★Leitner system
The Leitner system is the most effective system to study flashcards. To use this system you
have to first create flashcards and label three to five boxes with study time periods. (e.g., Box
1 for cards to be reviewed every day; Box 2 for cards to be reviewed every other day, etc.)
The timeframe is dependent on the amount of time before your quiz or test that you
have to study.
Study method 2
How to use the Leitner system:
1. Create flashcards
2. All your flashcards should begin in Box
1. Begin reviewing each flashcard,
quizzing yourself on if you can recall or
explain the information on each side.
3. If you answer a flashcard correctly,
move the card into Box 2. If you miss
it, place the card back into Box 1. Do
this with all your flashcards.
4. Continue this method each time you
review your flashcards. If you get a
card correct, move it to the next box. If
you get the card wrong, move it back to
the previous box.

Blurting method
active recall based method
how to use the blurting method:
1. Study the notes of the subject
2. Make a list of active recall questions
while you are studying
3. Write all the information you remember
on a piece of blank paper without
looking at your notes.
4. Read over your notes and check if there
is anything you missed.
5. Keep studying until you memorized
everything.

Spreadsheets
Google sheets
Scoping your subject
Write question instead of notes
Take fake exam
Mind map
Mind-mapping helps one have a more clear image of how thing connect with each other and
what is the overall big picture
how to use it:
1.Afilar el cuchillo antes de usarlo
2. Safety netting
a. What are we talking about? Why is
it important? How is it important?
b. Limitations and connections
i. What can I do and can not do
when I learn it?
c. Who and where are the experts?
3. Core basics
a. What is the bass of the subject?
4. Admin and good for you
Study method 4
5. Jumpy learning and strategic drowning
Adventure method
This method consists in making study a challenge, a journey, an adventure. Thinking that
study should be fun is a very privileged perspective only when you think that if it is not fun,
you should not do it.
Tricking oneself can be a great tool to avoid stress and, therefore, having a more clear
mind, which is beneficial for studying and doing exams.
how to use the Adventure method:
1. Think about a scenario where you
would be motivated to study (example:
you’re a japanese samurai and you have
to study in order to complete your
quest)
2. Find a good soundtrack, but not to
distractive. Instrumental.
3. Some days studying will not be fun and
you have to deal with it. One must keep
its head on the shoulders. Being delulu
is not always the solulu
4. use tools for motivation
5. Take care of yourself. Sleep well, eat
well, cold exposure, meditations,
journaling.
