STEP 6 : Compile the Application logic (K5BMC System Design Support Tool COMPILER tab)

STEP 7 : if any errors in Application Logic clear the Errors and compile the logic.
(Compilation output files: LOGIC11.csv, RELAY0.csv, RELAYLIB.csv, Sample APL.txt)

STEP 8 : Copy the Application Logic file to LDC Tool for further Compilation

Application logic Compilation using LDC

STEP 1 : Install LDC Tool in 32 bit windows operating system.


(Setup.exe, LDCSETUP.exe)

STEP 2 : Install HASP Device drivers.

STEP 3 : Create Data Folder in C:\LDC location

STEP 4 : Place the Reference Station Data in C:\LDC\Data folder


(Station folder, Station.LDW)
Application logic Compilation using LDC

STEP 5 : Open the LDC Tool and Using Appropriation create new station data (New station
folder and New station.LDW) and save in the C:\LDC\Data

STEP 6 : Copy the compiled Application Logic using K5BMC System Design Support Tool to
C:\LDC\Data\New Station folder and C:\LDC\Data\New Station\FS folder

STEP 7 : Open LDC Tool and open the New Station logic compile the logic

STEP 8 : if any errors in Application Logic clear the Errors and recompile the logic.
Configure the Station Application Logic using OFFLINE Tool

STEP 1 : Install OFFLINE Tool in 32 bit windows operating system.


(Setup.exe, LDCSETUP.exe)

STEP 2 : Copy and paste INPUT.PMT in C:\LDC\Data\Station folder (for Alteration to Existing
Station)

STEP 3 : Open OFFLINE tool and select open project

STEP 4 : Select System setup parameter configure station details and interlocking details
Configure the Station Application Logic using OFFLINE Tool

STEP 5 : Select ET-NET Parameter and configure the channels details (Cards and OFFSET details)

STEP 6 : Select Option Line Parameter for configure the Data Logger details.

STEP 7 :Select Maintenance System line Parameter for configure the Maintenance Tool Details.

STEP 8 : Select Transfer Between System Parameter for configure the Synchronization Details
between two system

STEP 9 :Select Multi Use PIO for configuring Station ID Details.


Configure the Station Application Logic using OFFLINE Tool

STEP 10 : Select Make Files option for creating configuration files

STEP 11 : Select IC Card option for writing IC Card .


(Final Configuration files:Logic11.obj, Logic12.obj, Logic13.obj, DAT_VER.dat, K6.dat)

OFFLINE - System Set Up

Station Name

• Station name shall be mentioned on


the station Name option provided. It
is user defined value. Maximum 16
characters allowed

Station ID

• Station ID is unique number


• Station ID is allotted by system
engineering team and Station ID
shall be matched with allotted
Station Number ID.
• Station ID shall be given in two
place, one is in the “System setup”
and other in “MULTI Use PIO”
• System will be taking the station ID
from Multi Use PIO option. So it’s
important to enter the station ID
here.

System Cycle

• The time taken for one complete sequential


execution of application logic from top to
bottom is known as System cycle time.
• The System cycle time value shall be
maintained between 200ms to 600ms.
• System cycle shall be maintained as
300msec as per OEM instruction.
• This may be changed for bigger yards and
station where the application logics
equations are more.
