Dear Ukauwa Andrew,
Congratulations on passing each stage of the assessment! We are pleased to offer you the position of a
Dishwasher. As a Dishwasher, you will report directly to the Kitchen Manager and collaborate closely with
the kitchen staff and servers to maintain a clean and efficient workspace. You will be responsible for
maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
Below are the terms of your contract:
Duration November 21, 2024 - November 21,
2026
Scope of Work Washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, and
kitchen equipment.
Ensuring cleanliness of floors, walls, and
work surfaces.
Assisting with waste disposal.
Supporting kitchen staff as needed.
Salary (Annum and Monthly) £19,200 per Annum/ £1600 per Month
Visa Sponsorship and Support The employee must meet the UKVI
requirements for visa approval.
The employee is responsible for obtaining
the necessary documents (e.g., passport,
police clearance, medical tests).
The company will repay visa application fees
and Immigration Health Surcharge once you
start working
Termination of Employment terms Employee-Initiated Termination: Requires
1 month’s written notice.
Employer-Initiated Termination: The
company may terminate the contract by
giving 1 month’s notice or providing payment
in lieu of notice.
Grounds for Immediate Termination:
Gross misconduct, failure to comply with
company policies, or violation of UK
immigration laws
Probation and Contract Terms This contract is for a period of 2 years,
renewable based on performance and
mutual agreement.
There will be a probationary period of 1
months. During this period, performance will
be reviewed, and the company reserves the
right to terminate employment with one
week’s notice and no compensation
