1.

When selecting the project type (lead, field visit, or proposal), project dates will not be displayed
during project creation. Additionally, users won't be able to create daily time sheets, field reports, safety
checklists, or toolbox meetings.

2. If the project type is "bid" or "about to start," project dates will be visible, but users won't be allowed
to create daily time sheets, field reports, safety checklists, or toolbox meetings. User will be able to enter
dates ( not mandatory), duration and finish date will be calculated = Start plus duration. The rest is fine

3. For projects labeled as "performance," the NTP (Notice to Proceed) date becomes mandatory. The first
time sheet or daily field report will commence from the project's NTP date (with the start date
automatically set to the same as the NTP date), although users retain the flexibility to modify it. When
we are calculating delays and project performance need to verify formulas

4. Users will be restricted from creating any activity before the NTP date. An alert will appear, suggesting
edits to the project if an activity is added before the current NTP date. Alert when creating a first
timesheet or daily Field report " Please make sure to use the right NTP date, it cannot be altered after
creating a first time sheet or daily field report."

5. Once the initial time sheet is created, the NTP date cannot be altered or edited. Looks like we
confused with word closeout as we already have in project management. Rename it to "Closed". Once
the user chose the project status closed. Yes they can not do anything except viewing and printing
reports

6. In the case of a "close out" project type, users will only have view access and won't be able to initiate
any new actions.

7. When they create project , it is required mandatory enter default create date alert them then with a
note" NTP is needed but can be edited to prior to create first time sheet or daily field report or creating
cost codes activities"

8. When a user is about to create their first time sheet, an alert will notify them that the time sheet will
begin from the NTP date and cannot be edited afterward. The alert will seek confirmation of the selected
date.

9. If no NTP date is available for any reason, the current date will be taken as the NTP date.
