MEMORANDUM OF DEPOSIT OF TITLE DEEDS
This memorandum is made and executed on this 19th day of
November, 2024 by:
1.Mrs. NAGARATHNA, (Mobile No.: 8310257892),
(Pan:BGBPN6412K) aged about 48 years, S/o Ganapa Kulal,
residing at Door No.1-121, Havaralu, Kavadi Post, Bhrahmavara
Taluk, Udupi District-576210, 2. Gulabi, aged about 62 years 3.
Sadhu, aged about 60 years 4. Ranga, aged about 56 years 5.
Govinda, aged about 54 years and 6. Saku, aged about 52 years
(Hereinafter collectively called as “THE MORTGAGORS” which
expressions shall include his respective heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns of the one part) in favour of SHIRIYARA
VYAVASAYA SEVA SANGHA (REGD), having its head office at
Saibrakatte Brahmavara, Udupi, and represented by its Branch
Manager (hereinafter called the “Bank”) The documents of Title
hereunder relating to the property of the executant/borrower
described of the Schedule ‘A’ herewith attached to secure the debts
owing to SHIRIYARA VYAVASAYA SEVA SANGHA (REGD)
by the Executant.
Among the Above mentioned Mortgagors, Gulabi Sadhu Ranga
Govinda and Saku are represented by Mrs. Nagarathna as a lawful
attorney as per GPA executed on 22-10-2022 before the Notary
Public Mrs. Varija CJ, Bengaluru and the said power of attorney is
still in force.
The Executant/Borrower hereby confirm that the said deposit of the
Title shall also secure the debts which are now and or at any time
hereinafter owing to SHIRIYARA VYAVASAYA SEVA
SANGHA (REGD), by the Executant whether singly or jointly with
other person as principle borrower/guarantor or of any other capacity
whatsoever to the loan to the extent of Rs.34,00,000/- and interest,
commission and incidental charges and costs incurred in connection
with realization.
