Self-introduction

Hi! My name is Jacquelyn Ferrer, you can call me Jackie.

Just to share a few things about myself. I currently live with my mom in San Mateo,
Rizal, with my partner Liesette, who I've been with for 16 years, and my eldest
brother. I know it doesn't look like it, but I'm 40. I worked in the BPO industry
for 18 years, I started in 2005 and quit in May of this year. And PJ hired me in
August, so I've been with Arbor Trail Cleaning Co. for a little over 3 months now.
I've worked in customer service, technical support, and retention, and I've handled
a team as well, so I've done all that and I knew I could do better. Respect,
honesty, and integrity are the 3 most important values for me. Being a part of the
LGBTQIA+ community, I believe that respect begets respect and also, of course, I
strongly believe in equality. I'm also a huge feminist. And I also believe there is
good in everyone, so in everything you do, be kind. And honesty and integrity go
hand in hand. It's funny because I was just telling my mom the other day that I'm
the only person I know who would willingly admit to their fault, whatever it is,
may it be big or small, I'd always say I did it if I did, does that make sense? And
I always do the right thing even when no one's looking, like who would I be fooling
anyway, right? I hate missing work. Even if I'm not feeling well or not at home, I
want to be here working because I know there's still much to do, and it just
doesn't end. I always think about work and what's left undone every day to the
point where PJ actually tells me to go out and have some fun!

That now leads me to my expectations from you:

1. Your commitment and reliability - I expect that you give the same dedication as
PJ and I give to the business. I know that's a huge ask, but please try.
2. I expect that you don't pretend to know everything, please ask as we are always
ready to answer your questions and help in any way we can.
3. I expect you to display a positive and respectful attitude.
4. I expect you to, as I've mentioned before, work with honesty and integrity as
well.
5. I expect you to represent the company in a responsible manner. Since we speak to
customers every day, we are the "face" of the business.
6. I expect you to speak. Say what's on your mind. If you think something's wrong
or done incorrectly, please say so. I appreciate constructive criticism.
7. I remember just a few weeks ago PJ asked me what's not working, I told him,
nothing because we always things work. You're a part of the team now, so I expect
you to WORK WITH us, if you get what I mean.

And that's it. Any questions for me?

1. Put our phone number and email at the top

2. Change the color of the Call to Action button "Get a quote" to Navy Blue (Make
it move when the consumer's mouse hovers over it)
3. Make the text slightly more readable
4. Have a Google review overall at the top portion
5. The Services Tab should only have Routine Cleanings, Deep cleanings, and Move-
in/out Cleanings and not all the locations. And then when consumers click on it,
they will be redirected to another page where they can choose the location.
6. Product buckets

SEO
1. Cut down the description to 150 characters (10 characters are truncated)
2. Domain authority 6/100 - increase ranking
3. Focus more on PPC, Call to Action, and Social Proof
