Guarantee
Our equipment is guaranteed for (12) months from the date of handover. Our guarantee become NULL &
VOID if the purchaser deviate/beach from the terms of contract in any aspect, breaching an agreed
payment terms and misusing of lift.
Maintenance
We shall provide free maintenance and warranty for period of (18) months from the date of handing over
the lift.
Price validly
Our contract price is valid for the period of 1 month from the date of agreement
Price change as per market rate
Delivery of material
The material will be delivered at site within 7 working days from the date of receipt of initial payment duly
paid by you, if in any case, the handing over the site duly complying with the requirement as specified
in customer obligations is delayed from your side for any reason, whatsoever, the work of installation
and handing over shall also be suitably deferred from the date of date of handing over of the site,
complete in all respect. According, necessary extension to the completion period shall be granted
without ant pre-conditions.
Completion
We will complete the erection within (35) days from the receipt of the material at site, subject to
fulfillment of commercial terms and site, readiness as our requirement and your co-operation.
Handing Over Of Lifts
To minimize inconvenience to both parties, the client shall agree to take over the lift as soon as possible
the installation is completed. Our erection crew supervisor will test and adjust the lift and will give
you a week prior notice for taking, over the lift. Please note that erectors have standing instructions
not to allow customers usage of the lift until they are officially taken over.
Cancellation of Contract
In the event of cancellation of the contract by the client the amount received by us will not be refunded,
whatever may be the reason. Apart from that we will taking back a material, if any, that has been
supplied to you by us.

The following to be provided by you at your cost
》 I-beams in the machine room for the installation as per our
drawing, if necessary
》 Carrying out all the minor builders’ works as required by a site
engineer/erector inclusive of grouting, I beams, drilling in
concrete, making pockets for landing boxes etc.
》 To do all cuttings or walls, floor or partitions together with any
repairs made necessary thereby.
》 Scaffolding in the lifts well as per our requirement
Electrical wiring and earthling up to the mane switch in lift
machine room power panel. Lighting and power wiring in the
Hostway.
》 Separate earthling to be provide for the lift
》 Separate channel to be provide, if required
》 Safe lockable store room is to be provided.
