Section–B has 8 questions of 2 marks each.
Section–C has 7 questions of 3 marks each.
Section–D has 2 case-based questions of 4 marks each. Internal choices have been

energy at the highest point?

c) List some preventive measures of this disease.

SECTION-D
This section has 02 case-based questions. Each case is followed by 04 sub-
questions (a, b,c and d).

i) A person weighs 110.84 N on the moon. He was surprised to see that his
weight is changed drastically when he weighed himself at earth. He
thought that his weighing machine is not working properly. His friend
explained him how weight differs due to value of g.
Read the above passage and calculate:
a) g on the moon.
b) Mass of that person on the moon.
c) Weight of that person on the earth.
d) Express how the value of G on the earth does is related to the mass of
the earth and its radius?
ii) Arpit’s gardener was not keeping well from last so many days. One day
Arpit’s physician visited their home. Arpit got his gardener checked. The
gardener was advised to get his blood and a few more tests done. On the
basis of the reports he was told by the doctor that A virus entered in his
immune system and damaged its function.
Read the paragraph and answer the following questions:
a) Name the disease patient is suffering from.
b) Name the pathogen responsible.
c) Mention two modes of transmission of this virus.
d) A person suffering from this disease cannot fight even minor infections.
