argue that it is primaly a positive development.

as it propagates culture from different countries. People have opportunities to access the same
products and services, therefore, they are able to approach their knowledge. In addition to
this, this is a way to promote local brand and country, which contribute to improve domestic
economy. For example, the popularity of Korean dramas or Korean pop music led to a
growing interest in Korean culture among young people worldwide. This has brought a lots of

On the one hand, these improvements can be extremely benefits because of its
promotion of innovation and competition between different campanies. When they can reach
a wider consumers, they are more likely to invest in research and developments to improve
their products. As a result, goods gradually become more diverse and customers have chances
to access to better qualitiy products. For instance, the competition between smartphone
companies such as Samsung and Apple has led to rapid technological advancements in the
