institution, the diverse achievements of its alumni, and the changing landscape of
communication in the digital age provides valuable context for the development and
significance of the ZPPSU SBA Alumni Website. This study delves into these elements to
illuminate the rationale and potential impact of the platform.
The Zppsu School of Business Administration (SBA) Website emerges against the backdrop
of recognizing the enduring value of alumni networks. Rooted in the institution’s history, this
study seeks to understand how the website addresses the evolving needs of graduates by
fostering a sense of community, professional collaboration, and knowledge exchange. By
examining the historical trajectory of alumni engagement, technological advancements, and
the specific goals of ZPPSU SBA, this background sets the stage for a comprehensive
exploration of the website’s role in enhancing the post-graduation experience for alumni and
contributing to the ongoing success of the institution.
These include a perceived disconnect between the platform and alumni, low user

hardware or software failure.
Data Integrity ensure the accuracy and integrity of data stored on the website.
Time: Alumni systems often have tight deadlines, as they need to be implemented in
time for alumni events or fundraising campaigns. This can put a lot of pressure on the
development team, and it can be difficult to make sure that all of the features are
implemented in the time allotted.
Budget: Alumni systems can be expensive to develop, as they require a lot of custom
development and integration with existing systems. This can be a challenge for
smaller organizations or those with limited resources.
3
Data quality the quality of the data in an alumni system is critical, as it is used to
contact and engage alumni. Poor data quality can lead to undelivered emails, lost
opportunities, and frustrated alumni.
Security alumni systems contain sensitive data, such as contact information and
donation history. It is important to make sure that this data is secure and that the
system is protected from unauthorized access.
Scalability alumni systems need to be able to scale to accommodate a growing alumni
network. This means that the system needs to be able to handle an increasing number
of users and a growing volume of data.
Usability alumni systems need to be easy to use for both administrators and alumni.
This means that the system needs to have a user-friendly interface and intuitive
navigation.
Maintenance alumni systems need to be maintained on an ongoing basis to ensure that
they are secure, up-to-date, and functioning properly. This can be a time-consuming
and expensive task.
The website should provide up-to-date information about the school, including news, events,
and alumni achievements. This means that the website should have a dedicated section for
news and events, and it should be updated regularly with fresh content. Additionally, the
website should have a way for alumni to submit news and event announcements.
The website should provide opportunities for alumni to connect with each other, such as
through an online directory or social media groups. This means that the website should have
an online directory that allows alumni to search for other alumni by name, graduation year, or
other criteria. Additionally, the website should link to the school's social media pages and
encourage alumni to join online groups.
4
The website should provide resources for alumni, such as career services, financial aid, and
continuing education opportunities. This means that the website should have a dedicated
section for alumni resources, and it should link to the school's career services office, financial
aid office, and continuing education program. Additionally, the website should provide
information on other alumni benefits, such as discounts on insurance or travel.
The website should be respectful of the school's brand and image. This means that the
website should use the school's approved logos and colors, and it should maintain a consistent
tone and style throughout. Additionally, the website should avoid using language or images
that are offensive or disrespectful to the school or its alumni.
