India. I hereby provide our Covering Letter with Travel Itinerary for Canada Tourist Visa (I am going to
visit Canada with my wife Poonam for 7 days) from December, 21 2024 to December, 27 2024.
My father name is Satpal & he is a Private Science Teacher in Bal Vikas Global School in Kaithal city. My
mother name is Santro Devi & she is Housewife. My wife name is Poonam & she is working with
Accenture Solutions Private Limited as a position of ‘Financial Analyst’ since 2015 in Gurgaon. My elder
daughter name is Palak Gill and she is study in fourth class in D.A.V Public School in kaithal city. My
younger daughter name is Shanvi and she is study in Nursery class in D.A.V Public School in kaithal
city. I am working with Clover Infotech Private Limited as a position of ‘Senior Software Developer’
since 2014 in Gurgaon.
Why we choose Canada Country
We choose the country Canada because it is the first destination and dream of my and my wife's life.
This country attracts us a lot compared to other countries. The reason we choose Canada is also
because Toronto (Ontario Province) is famous for its spectacular views, picturesque countryside
majestic lakes and many other beautiful things that one can see. Before planning a trip to Toronto,
we did extensive research and listed down some tourist spots that we would like to visit, they are CN
Tower, Casa Loma, Royal Ontario Museum, St. Lawrence Market and Toronto Christmas Market (To
celebrate the Christmas festival).
Travel Itinerary
Our Departure date is on December, 21 2024 from Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi to YYZ,
Toronto (Canada). In this country, we want love traveling only Toronto city. We will stay at Hotel X
Toronto by Library Hotel Collection with address of this 111 Princes' Boulevard, M6K 3C3 Toronto,
Canada from December, 21 2024 to December, 27 2024 for only six nights.

We come from a very well-established family. . I am working with Clover Infotech Private Limited as a
position of ‘Senior Software Developer’ since 2014 in Gurgaon and earning an annual salary in indian
Rupees (Rs.8,59,920/CAD 13870) and My wife is working with Accenture Solutions Private Limited as
a position of ‘Financial Analyst’ since 2015 in Gurgaon (Rs. 6,61,800/CAD 10674). We have sufficient
funds to my visit plan in which includes flight round trip tickets, accommodation, foods, internally
travel etc. I have savings at State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur amounting to (CAD 20132) and my wife’s
has savings at Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank amounting to (CAD 14653) which will be used to meet our
expenses during our short trip to Canada. I will bear the expenses of our tour.

Intend to return in our home country
1. We are planning to extend our stay beyond the above mentioned timeline of 1 week. This is because
we have various commitments to attend to back in India. We have been granted leave only for a
week this winter and we plan to join back by 27.12.2024(Friday).
2. I am working with Clover InfoTech Private Limited as a position of ‘Senior Software Developer’ since
2014 in Gurgaon. I am very serious about my job which is most special to me and also my passion. I
just only travel Toronto city with my wife only for seven days after that we want to return our home
country within time period.
3. According to my wife’s commitment she has to come back and continue her job because she has to
stay with “Accenture Solutions Private Limited” company for a long time and reach a good position so
that he can also make efforts for the organization.
4. We will back in home country India, after completing Canada tour because we have entire family
waiting to see me and my wife back to home from our short trip. My family ties my wife, elder
daughter, younger daughter, father and mother. There are six members including me. As we are
closely attached to family members, we find it our duty to return to home country and be their
earnest support.
Conclusion
According to me the main conclusion has come from our visiting purpose is to increase knowledge
regarding of Historical places, Cultures, foods, Lakes, Museums, Markets. The environment of Canada is
very good to explore different type of places, Cultures and Adventures. I hereby, reiterate our purpose
of visit which is to explore Canada Toronto city. We pledge to follow all the Canadian Immigration Rules
and we will return home within the authorized stay period. I therefore, seek your kind approval in
allowing me and my wife a valid visa grant for our temporary visit to Canada.
