User Agreement
1. The Agreement
1.1. These User Terms and Conditions are applicable to individuals, hereinafter referred to as "The User" or
"The Users," engaging in the purchase of goods or services available on gosportstyle.com, also known as
"The Website," owned by Letado Limited, with a registered address at Elassonos, 5 Kato Polemidia,
Limassol, 4153, Cyprus and a tax identification number 60035766I, further identified as "The Company."
1.2. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is legally recognized as entering into a contract between the
Company and the User. Hence, the User affirms possessing sufficient legal capacity, as per the legislation in
their country of residence. This contract is deemed a general agreement accompanying each specific contract
for the purchase and sale of goods and/or services. The completion of such purchases is acknowledged upon
the Company's delivery of relevant goods/services and the User's payment of the corresponding price,
documented in an associated invoice or payment receipt.
1.3. By accepting this contract, both parties agree that the Entity will sell products (physical and/or digital)
and/or provide services chosen by the User from those available on the website. The User is obligated to pay
the stipulated price for each good or service available on the Website. Users have the option to either
purchase specific products offered on the Website or enrol in the membership program, involving recurring
credit top-ups for more advantageous conditions.
1.4. The Website, at its discretion, determines the range of goods and services available, along with existing
stock for each product, and reserves the right to modify availability as deemed appropriate. Product prices for
member and non-member users may differ, subject to market fluctuations and third-party supplier offers.
1.5. Letado Limited may assign the rights and obligations arising from its contractual relationship to a natural
or legal person, informing the User accordingly. Users may not transfer or assign a contract or any associated
rights or obligations without Letado Limited's prior written consent.
2. Digital Products and Services
2.1. The Website offers various digital products, such as licence keys and "e-books," which do not involve
the delivery of physical goods. Products labelled as "licence keys" or "activation keys" are limited to one
purchase per user account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.2. Activation instructions for digital products are provided in the order confirmation email sent to the User's
registered email address. If activation instructions are not received, Users can contact customer services for
assistance. Digital products can be used immediately upon activation through the corresponding licence key,
direct download from the website, or delivery to the provided email. Returns and refunds for digital products
are not permitted.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders for digital products in the presence of abusive,
fraudulent, or terms-violating activities.
3. Delivery of Physical Products
3.1. The Website provides estimated delivery times for products, typically ranging between 2 and 7 working
days, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery is guaranteed within a maximum period of 30 calendar days
from the order placement. Professional carriers, contracted for this purpose, are responsible for product
shipments to the address specified in the order.
3.2. Users are required to inform the Company if a product is not delivered within the agreed period. The
Company may engage third-party suppliers for product distribution and services, including transport services.
Users who reject a delivered product are responsible for associated expenses and assume the risk of loss or
accidental damage.
3.3. Product ownership transfers to the User upon full payment receipt, including shipping costs, or from the
moment of delivery if the latter occurs later.
4. Return and Refund Policy
4.1. Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, the User retains the right to exercise their withdrawal right
by returning purchased products within 14 calendar days of receiving them. To initiate this process, the User
can contact the Company via the customer service email.
4.2. The Company reserves the discretion not to partially or fully refund the amount for returned goods if the
product shows damages caused by the User or is deemed unreturnable for hygienic reasons or health
protection, particularly if unsealed.
4.3. Goods returned will be processed by the Company within 14 days from the date of receipt and inspection
at the Company's facilities or from the date of customer communication if a physical return is unnecessary.
4.4. Refunds will be executed through the same payment method used by the User. The Company may
demonstrate flexibility in its return policy based on specific case circumstances. If a user paid part of the
price in credits, this portion will be refunded in credits.
4.5. The User is obligated to furnish the Entity and carriers with all necessary information for customs
formalities and shipment documents.
4.6. In the event of any defects, damages, or abnormalities in the received product, or if the User receives
fewer products than ordered, the User must promptly inform the Company.
4.7. To validate a claim, the User must provide a photograph of the erroneously received product or, if
applicable, a photograph displaying visible damages or defects.
4.8. If a defect is not immediately apparent, the User must notify the Company as soon as reasonably
possible, providing all necessary information and collaboration for defect or damage investigation.
4.9. The User is not authorised to return a product for a refund upon delivery or through a parcel office. Non-
member Users bear the transport costs for product returns, while the Company covers these costs for
members. Regardless, returned products must specify the sender's name and address and be labelled "claim"
unless returned due to withdrawal without cause, in which case they must be marked "return."
4.10. Amounts paid for credits are non-refundable, even if unused during their validity period, unless the
purchase resulted from an error by the Company and was not consented to by the User.
4.11. Returning a partially paid-for product with credits will result in the return of the used credits and, if
applicable, the return of the amount paid using another payment method, refunded to the same means of
payment. Refunded credits will have a validity period of 90 days.
4.12. Digital products (licence keys, e-books, etc.) are non-refundable once activated or downloaded. The
User expressly acknowledges the loss of withdrawal rights from the moment they can use the contracted
digital product, except in the case of defects.
5. Member Program Participation
5.1. Participating in the membership initiative involves Users engaging in a recurring purchase program,
resulting in the accumulation of credits. These credits can subsequently be redeemed for goods and/or
services on the Website at discounted prices specified for each product and/or service.
5.2. Users committing to the membership program agree to acquire a corresponding amount of credits or
bonuses cada 14 días, based on the selected membership plan offered by gosportstyle.com or other ongoing
marketing promotions. Initiation into the membership can be completed by following outlined procedures on
the Website or through the purchase of any product at the membership price, accompanied by the acceptance
of associated conditions.
5.3. Users have the flexibility to modify their membership plan, upgrading or downgrading at any time from
their personal account. Such changes take effect from the subsequent automatic payment charge. Failure to
pay the full amount on the due date automatically shifts the User to the immediately lower membership plan,
with a recharge cost of 6.95€.
5.4. Membership mandates an automatic credit reload cada 14 días. For each euro recharged, one credit is
acquired. These recharged credits, visible in the User's personal account on the Website, remain valid for 90
days from acquisition, after which they expire and cannot be used for product exchanges.
5.5. Upon each automatic top-up, the User receives a confirmation notification of the payment made. Users
can choose to skip the next automatic credit recharge by selecting this option in their personal account before
the next scheduled recharge.
5.6. If the User wishes to terminate their membership plan, they must communicate the cancellation,
providing 14 days notice through the "Unsubscribe" function of their personal account or by contacting
customer service. Subscription cancellation becomes effective and definitive 14 days after the
communication. Alternatively, the User may immediately cancel their plan without respecting the notice by
choosing this option in their personal account and conducting a final credit recharge of €6.95.
5.7. Upon cancellation, associated benefits cease without affecting any remaining credits that will expire at
the end of their initially established period. gosportstyle.com provides trial periods for various membership
plans, and Users not wishing to continue must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid future credit
reloads.
5.8. gosportstyle.com may offer free or reduced-price redeemable credits as a welcome gift. Prices and plans,
as displayed on gosportstyle.com and in marketing offers, dictate the applicable terms and expiration periods
for such credits during the probationary period. The Company may extend promotional offers to members,
including price discounts, personalised offers, free shipping, and other deemed appropriate incentives.
6. Prices and Taxes
6.1. Product or service prices specified on the Website or in relevant marketing offers at the time of order
confirmation or service subscription are applicable. Users are informed that prices may slightly vary due to
currency differences, and the Company is not responsible for such fluctuations.
6.2. The Company retains the right to modify product or service prices at any time. In the case of
subscription to a membership plan, Users are adequately notified in advance of any price changes, with the
option to cancel their subscription before the change takes effect.
6.3. Product prices may vary based on participation in the membership program, generally resulting in lower
prices for member users than non-member users. Displayed prices exclude the transport service required for
order delivery, which will be detailed during the order process.
6.4. Prices shown for products include, where applicable, the Value Added Tax (VAT) or equivalent indirect
tax legally applicable in the country of consumption. VAT rates applied to each product depend on the
product type and the applicable rate in the country of consumption.
6.5. Users placing orders for delivery to non-EU countries may be subject to import duties and taxes upon
package arrival. Additional amounts due to customs clearance are the responsibility of the User. The Website
has no control over these amounts, and Users must adhere to import regulations in their country.
6.6. Users agree to receive invoices (and, if applicable, receipts) for their product and service purchases
electronically.
7. Privacy and Personal Data Security
7.1. By acknowledging the Terms and Conditions, the User consents to the processing of their personal data
by Letado Limited, following the outlined purposes in the privacy policy available on gosportstyle.com.
7.2. Users retain the right to exercise their data protection rights as per existing regulations in their country of
residence. EU residents may exercise their rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU
Regulation 2016/679), and U.S. citizens and permanent residents may exercise rights according to applicable
state and jurisdiction laws.
7.3. To verify the User's identity, the Company may request proof of identity accompanying their request.
8. Responsibilities and User Notifications
8.1. Disclaimer: The Company bears no responsibility for alterations in product prices, taxes, or duties, nor
for product unavailability or supply. It disclaims responsibility for defaults by third parties, occurrences of
force majeure, inaccurate contact details, or delivery addresses provided by the User.
8.2. Product Guarantee and Consumer Rights: The Company's product guarantee is contingent on the User's
classification as a "consumer" or a professional, as per Directive 1999/44/EC. EU consumer guarantees apply
for durations of 2 or 3 years, depending on the country of residence. Users are urged to verify email receipts,
including checking spam folders diligently.
8.3. Third-Party Hyperlinks and Promotional Activities: The Website may feature hyperlinks to third-party
web pages, and the Company holds no responsibility for their content. The Company engages in promotional
activities both directly and through third parties.
8.4. Fraud Detection and Account Suspension: The Company retains the right to temporarily suspend a user
account or annul orders in the presence of detected fraudulent or abusive activity. Transactions suspected of
abuse or fraud will be refunded to the original payment method. Users noticing such activity in their account
can report it to customer service.
8.5. User Notifications and Opt-out: Upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, Users agree to receive
automated notifications via SMS and/or email regarding orders, personal preferences, and service-related
activities. Members may receive personalised product offers and optional emails, newsletters, special offers,
and updates. Users can unsubscribe from optional notifications at any time through "My Account" or by
contacting customer service. The Company is not liable for delivery issues arising from inaccurate user-
provided data.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws corresponding to the Company's registered address.
Conflicts arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved by judges and courts in the Entity's
registered address.
9.2. EU residents may choose the jurisdiction of their country of residence and any mandatory provisions of
their country's legislation.
9.3. U.S. citizens may opt for the jurisdiction of their State of residence and applicable state laws. In case of a
dispute, both parties agree to attempt an amicable agreement before resorting to other dispute resolution
methods.
9.4. All disputes related to card processing shall be subject to Cypriot jurisdiction.
10. Modification
10.1. Letado Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and existing Website policies at
any time. Users are subject to the terms and conditions, policies, or sale conditions prevailing at the time of
their order, except for changes mandated by legal provisions or public authorities.
