RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED
MOUNTAIN RESORT PROJECT TO BE UNDERTAKEN BY ENGR.
REDERICK A. GILOS LOCATED AT BARANGAY BANALE, PAGADIAN CITY,
ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.
WHEREAS, at the request of MR. VIRLIE P. BENITEZ, a Barangay
Resolution is sought to formally express the position of the Barangay with
respect to the proposed "MY FATHER’S RESORT CORP.";
WHEREAS, this resolution is a prerequisite for the issuance of an
Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) from the Department of
Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau
(DENR-EMB) Region IX;
WHEREAS, the proposed project will be situated on a 10-hectare
parcel of land owned by Geores Realty Corp., which is affiliated with MY
FATHER’S RESORT CORP;
WHEREAS, the development of the proposed project will be
undertaken by the property owner, who has expressed a commitment to the
protection and enhancement of the existing environmental conditions within
the project area;
WHEREAS, a majority of the constituents consulted in the vicinity
have expressed no objection to the proposed site and location of the
aforementioned project;
WHEREAS, following a comprehensive discussion among the barangay
council members regarding the purpose and objectives of the project,
including a question-and-answer session addressing potential impacts on
health and the environment, the council has determined that there are no
foreseeable issues;
NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion by Barangay Kagawad
___________________ and duly seconded by Barangay Kagawad

RESOLVED, that the Barangay Council of Barangay Banale formally
interposes no objection to the application of MR. VIRLIE P. BENITEZ for the
Mountain Resort Project and endorses it as a prospective tourist destination
for the City of Pagadian.

Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines.
