spreading around NH 44. The national highway acts as the central spine for the region.
Project includes delineation of the region and identification of nodes for the project with
the preparation vision document and master plans for the region.
Role assigned: Urban Planner
Activities performed:
• Preparation of Base Map & Node level maps.
• Preparation of Preliminary site assessment based on site visits.
• Primary and Secondary Data collection.
• Preparation of Vision document.

PROJECT 2
PREPARATION OF GIS BASED MASTER PLAN FOR ANANTAPURAMU- HINDUPUR URBAN
DEVELOPMENT (AHUDA) FOR AREA OF 3120 SQ.KMS.
Name of the Client: Anantapuramu-Hindupur Urban Development Authority, Andhra
Pradesh.
Position held: Team Member
Duration for which position held: Involved from 2022 - Now
Salient Features of the Project: The study covers 3120 sq.kms of area of Anantapuramu
district in Andhra Pradesh.The study includes preparation of base map and updating GIS
based database in AMRUT format and preparation of master plan in AP DTCP format.
Role assigned: Urban Planner and GIS Expert.

Salient Features of the Project: Site area covers 2000 acres of land and project area is
located in shore area of bay of Bengal next to Kakinada proposed port area. Site is one of
the three sites selected in India under Bulk Drug Park Scheme.
Role assigned: Master Planner
Activities performed:
• Preparation of base map and conceptual master plans.
• Preparation of detailed master plan and coordinating the project team for detailed
project report.

Etc. Baddi Barotiwala Nalagarh is one of the Node in AKIC.
