"Topic" has become an integral part of the rising debate in the present world.

To commence with, "Topic" has many good sides. The most prominent one is that
(positive opinion/ advantage 1). Another good point would be that (advantage/
positive opinion 2). Thirdly, (advantage/ positive opinion 3).
On the other hand, critics may point out that one of the most significant
disadvantages of the (essay topic - Keywords) is that (disadvantage 1/ negative
opinion). Another problem is that (disadvantage 2).
To conclude, there are two sides to everything, and this situation is not an
exception. The "topic" has become a crucial part of our life. Therefore, efficient
use of "topic" should be promoted, however, its misuse should be condemned.

Playing computer games has become an integral part of the rising debate in the
present world , including Vietnam. While components of the argument are in favor,
however, the opponents are completely against the relevance of the computer
games. This essay will discuss the benefits and drawbacks of such a situation and
draw a conclusion.
To commence with, playing computer games has many good sides. The most
prominent one is that it helps children reduce the stress of everyday life.. Another
good point would be that children can develop some skills such as problem-solving
skills, and communication skills. Thirdly it also helps broaden their knowledge.
On the other hand, critics may point out that one of the most significant
disadvantages of computer games is that they contain a lot of violence, which
increases the aggressive thoughts and behaviors among children. Another problem
is that if children play computer games too much. They cannot focus on studying.
Therefore, they perform worse and worse at school.
There are some solutions to this problem. Firstly, we should limit the time for
playing games. For example, we should play only 30 minutes per day. Secondly,
parents should control the games children play so that children do not play any
violent games.
To conclude, there are two sides to everything, and this situation is not an
exception. Playing computer games has become a crucial part of our life.
Therefore, efficient use of computer games should be promoted, however, its
misuse should be condemned.

On the one hand, the feeling of satisfaction is to people. To begin with, people are
put in a good mood. They can focus in working. As a result, they can achive high
requirement in working. Furthermore, it contributes to building a positive and
effective working environment. Another merit is that they are not stress in working
places. If they do not work under hard pressure, they will have a good mental and
physical health leading to have a happy lifesyle.
On the other hand, high income is very important / crucial/ necessary to people's
life because of some causes. Firstly, people need a job with a high salary to pay for

salary. For instance, they can get better healthcare services and their children

On land, trees are being cut down to make way for urban expansion (sự mở rộng
của đô thị), leading to destruction of habitats (phá MT sống của động vật). For
example, wild elephants (voi hoang dã) attacked aggressively people since the
local cleared huge plots of wild forests (chặt cây diện rộng) for planting crop and
raising livestock, which destroys their homeland.
In the sea, overexploitation (khai thác quá mức) such as overfishing is responsible
for the extinction of aquatic species (các loài sinh vật biển). In fact, with advanced
technology like GPS and big boats, humans are dragging nets across the ocean
floor (quét lưới bắt cá dưới tầng đáy đại dương), which picks up everything
including non-target catch like sea turtle, corals and small animals, and this is
destructive to future
habitats on the ocean.

Một trong những lý do đằng sau nạn phá rừng là khai thác gỗ bất hợp pháp (cụ thể
bao gồm việc khai thác, chế biến và buôn bán gỗ vi phạm luật pháp quốc gia hoặc

One of the reasons behind deforestation is illegal logging, which is the harvesting,
processing and trading of timber in violation of national/ international laws. Illegal
logging exists because of increasing demand for timber, paper and derivative
products such as packaging; and the issue will continue to have a devastating
impact on the world's remaining forests if left unaddressed.
