Introduction
The "Pharmacy Management System" has been
developed to overcome the problems prevailing in the
practicing manual system. This software is supported to
eliminate and, in some cases, reduce the hardships faced
by this existing system. Moreover, this system is
designed for the need of the company to carry out
operations in a smooth and effective manner. The
application is reduced as much as possible to avoid errors
while entering the data. It also provides error message
while entering invalid data. No formal knowledge is
needed for the user to use this system. Thus, by all this it
proves that it is user-friendly. Pharmacy Management
System, as described above, can lead to error free,
secure, reliable and fast management system. It can
assist the user to concentrate on their other activities
rather than concentrating on the record keeping. Thus, it
will help the organization in better utilization of
resources. Every organization, whether big or small, has
challenges to overcome and managing the information of
Medicines, Pharmacy, Company, Sales, Inventory. Every
Pharmacy Management System has different Pharmacy
needs; therefore, we design exclusive employee
management systems that are adapted to your
managerial requirements. This is designed to assist in
strategic planning and will help you ensure that your
organization is equipped with the right level of
information and details for your future goals. Also, for
those busy executives who are always on the go, our
systems come with remote access features, which will
allow you to manage your workforce on any given time,
always. These systems will ultimately allow you to better
manage resources.

PROJECT PLAN
1.1 Feasibility Study
A feasibility analysis involves a detailed assessment of
the need, value and practicality of a proposed enterprise,
such as systems development. The process of designing
and implementing record keeping systems has significant
account ability and resource implications for an
organization. Feasibility analysis will help you make
informed and transparent decisions at crucial points
during the developmental process to determine whether
it is operationally, economically and technically realistic
to proceed with a particular course of action. Most
feasibility studies are distinguished for both users and
analysts. First, the study often presupposes that when
the feasibility document is being prepared, the analyst
can evaluate solutions. Second, most studies tend to
overlook the confusion inherent in system development –
the constraints and the assumed attitudes.
1.1.1 Operational Feasibility
People are inherently resistant to change, and computers
have been known to facilitate change. An estimate should
be made of how strong a reaction the user staff is likely
to have toward the development of a computerized
system. Therefore, it is understood that the introduction
of a candidate system requires special effort to educate,
sell and train the staff in new ways of conducting
business.
1.1.2 Technical feasibility
Technical feasibility centers around the existing computer
system (hardware, software, etc.) and to what extent it
can support the proposed addition. For example, if the
current computer is operating at 80 percent capacity – an
arbitrary ceiling – then running another application could
overload the system or require additional hardware. This
involves financial considerations to accommodate
technical enhancements. If the budget is a serious
constraint, then the project is judged not feasible.
