With great pleasure, we invite you to the diploma award ceremony on Tuesday
26 November. During this ceremony, the trainees of the EngD program “Process Date
and Product Design” will receive their diploma and title: the Engineering Doctorate 12 November 2024
degree.

13.05 hrs. Blauwe Zaal Speeches and presentation of diplomas
13:45 hrs. Vak E Reception

Entering the room
The speakers will enter the Blauwe Zaal together with the beadle, after the
audience and the candidates have taken their seats.
Handing over the diploma
After the word of welcome by the chairman, the first speaker invites his candidate
to come forward and the speaker delivers his speech. After the speech, the
speaker will hand over the diploma and the gift (the gift will be provided by the
TU/e).
After handing over the diploma a picture will be taken of the candidate and the
speaker.
Picture
There will be also a group picture taken of the candidates and speakers after all
speeches were delivered.
Dresscode: formal
Professors:
Cap and gown, white blouse or white shirt with a grey tie, dark suit, black shoes.
Other speakers and candidates:
Dark suit, white blouse, or white shirt with grey tie, black shoes.
