General rules/Guidelines
1. This program is held in connection with U A E National Day Celebration.
2. Competitions are open to all nationals.
3. Competitions will be held in four categories: a. Kiddies-(KG-1, KG2& Grade 1), b. Sub-Juniors (Grade 2,3 & 4), c. Juniors (Grade 5, 6 &7) & d. Seniors (Grade 8 to 12).
4. Lower category students can participate in higher category competitions, (for the items not available in their category of competitions), if they prefer so. Vice versa
is not permitted.
5. Registration:
All participant to join the WhatsApp group by clicking the link or scanning the QR code given in the first page of this document
Any clarification about, program, changes and other details will be provided in this WhatsApp group only. Please ensure participant/parent is a member
in this group.
Online Pre-registration form link will be made available in the WhatsApp group. It will be closed on 10th November 2024.Those who have pre-registered
need to complete the registration by paying the fee and collecting the chest number, minimum 45 minutes, prior to the start time of the competition.
6. Spot Registration desk will be available at the venue during the days of competitions.
The registration for an item may be stopped if the limit of maximum participants for time slot of that particular item is reached.
7. Registration fee per student is AED 50/-. The student can participate in any three items (Excluding dance competitions) of his/her choice with this fee. Each additional
competition (Excluding dance competitions) may be participated in with an additional payment of AED 10/-. An additional payment of AED 100/- would be required
for participation in dance competitions (Any number of dance competitions listed can be participated with the single payment of AED 100/-). A contestant is allowed
to participate in a maximum of 7 competitions. If a contestant selects more than 7 competitions, only the first 7 will be considered for participation.
8. A minimum of four participants are required for one item, else the competition will be cancelled. If the participant wishes to exhibit performance, he/she may be
given opportunity at the discretion of the organizers.
9. Program timings are tentative. One of the objectives of the program is to provide opportunity to maximum number of students to perform their skills/talents. The
start time of the competition may change according to the number of participants in each competition and availability of venue.
10. Participants should report at the venue fifteen minutes before the notified starting time of the competition.
11. All performances shall abide to the rule of the land and shall not hurt the feeling of the others, politically or religiously. Depicting drunkards and drug addictions are
not allowed for Fancy dress competition.
12. No complaints will be entertained unless lodged in writing, by the participants immediately after the incident.
13. The organizing committee reserves the right to postpone, cancel or withhold competitions and/or results of any or all items of a particular day in case such situation
arises.
