DECLARATION CUM UNDERTAKING - LAPTOP
I hereby declare and agree to the obligations relating to use of Laptop and other facilities provided by the
Company, including, but not limited to the following:
• Not to disclose the system password to anyone.
• Not to leave my PC unattended and I would be personally responsible for its misuse of any nature.
• Not to share neither Company's confidential nor proprietary / confidential information to anyone.
• Not to do personal work on the office computer / system.
• To have my System scanned for virus regularly.
• Not to download any type of software from any source at any time whatsoever. If required for any
official purpose at any time, approval from IT department will be taken to make sure such software are
scanned properly before use, and such software will be downloaded legally and with IT department's
consensus.
• Configuration of the system: Fill the Annexure I understand that:
• The In-house developed software and data is company’s exclusive property and shall not be used for any
external purpose under any circumstances.
• The Company reserves its right to amend, modify, rescind, delete, supplement or add to the provisions
of the said declaration as it deems appropriate from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.
• This equipment is company-owned, and I am using it for work-related purposes. I am responsible for the
care and maintenance of the equipment, including the charger. In case that the equipment is, in any case,
damaged, lost, stolen, while outside the office premises, I shall be responsible for its cost for its
replacement.
• Upon the termination of my employment, I shall surrender and turn over the equipment back to the
company.
In absence of notice, the company has the right to withhold my final pay until the return of the equipment
or that notice has been given.
By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge that I have received the office equipment described above in
working order.
