Morning: Wake up at 7:00 AM, make the bed, and
open the curtains to let in natural light. Brush your
teeth, wash your face, and do some morning stretches
or a quick 10-minute exercise. Take a shower and get
dressed. Have a healthy breakfast, like oatmeal or
eggs with toast. Plan the day by writing down your
main tasks or goals.
Afternoon: Start work or school at 9:00 AM. Take
short breaks every hour to stay focused. Have lunch
around 12:30 PM, including something nutritious like a
salad or sandwich. Continue with work or school tasks
until the afternoon.
Evening: Finish up work or studies around 5:00 PM.
Exercise or go for a walk to unwind and stay active.
Have dinner around 7:00 PM, keeping it balanced with
protein and vegetables. Spend time on a hobby like
reading, drawing, or playing an instrument. Prepare
for the next day by organizing your bag or setting out
your clothes.
Night: Limit screen time before bed; try to read or
journal instead. Brush your teeth and wash your face.
Go to bed around 10:00 PM to get a good night’s
sleep.
