Here is the idea.

Take 2 things that are diametrically opposed to

one another and synthesise them to create a unique proposition.

Not only things that are di fferent in physical terms l ike “Dirty &

Clean”, but also grander ideals l ike “LGBTQ+, Male, Female” and

‘Money / Soul’. They should not have worked, but i f they do,

a much more superior solution is around the corner. For we bel ieve

the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. For we bel ieve that

i f one investigates the two contrasting ideas in a single lens,

they may reveal that they are not so di fferent after all.

That’s the challenge we ask Bar Manager Federico Balzarini

& his team to explore in our “Contrast” menu.

Now into our 3rd edition, the inspirations are plenti ful and all around:

be it historical l ike “1491 / 1492”, l iterary l ike “Beauty & the Beast”

or metaphysical as in “Beginning / End / Beginning”.

Of course, we also remind ourselves to not take things too seriously

in the form of “Tipsy / Sober”.

We hope you enjoy the drinks

as much as we enjoy making them.
