ACCOMMODATION GUIDELINES AND POLICIES
For guests with confirmed booking, the following procedures will apply:
1. The client must submit the of his/her official guests list a week before the scheduled stay. Those who are not in
the list will not be allowed inside the Serenescapes Bed & Breakfast area.
2. Extra person charge P 1,000 pesos. Kindly take note, no extra bed will be provided.
3. Please treat our staff with respect. Unruly behavior will result in refusal of service.
4. Guests must strictly follow the standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM.
5. Early check-in and late check-out will depend on the availability and will have additional charges (P 1,500 for 4
hours - Cabana room and P 2,000 per hour - Casa).
6. Smoking and eating are not allowed inside the rooms of the Cabanas and Casa.
7. Our Café Vicente is open to serve you from 7 AM until 10 PM. Corkage fees will apply to bringing in food or
drinks from outside except water, chips and crackers. Note: We do not offer room service
8. For stays until November 2024, kindly understand that Serenescapes is an accommodation rental. Checked-in
guests are advised to bring their own towels, toiletries and thick blankets if guests are very sensitive to the
cold.
9. Fresh bed sheets are provided for every room, if you request to change sheets extra charges will apply.
10. Please inform us before hanging party decors, we have assigned areas for décor hanging. Please take note
tapes, tack it and thumb tacks damages the paint of our walls. If not followed, a fine of 3,000 pesos will be
imposed for damages.
11. Serenescapes is our little paradise surrounded by nature, insects of all kinds cannot be avoided. Guests are
encourage to bring insect repellents for your protection.
12. We allow pets at the bed & breakfast area. A separate guidelines will be provided.
13. During your stay, you have exclusive use of the following amenities:
a. Billiards
b. Children’s Pool
c. Adult Pool
i. We do not have a lifeguard-on-duty, so please never swim or leave your child alone.
ii. Pool area lights out: 10 PM
d. Jacuzzi
i. Please inform us before hand. Heating time varies depending on the weather. Time will start upon
turning on of the heater.
ii. Rate: 500/hour
14. Please treat our little paradise with love and care as you do with your own home. Any form of littering is not
allowed inside the premises, there are designated trash bins in areas of the bed & breakfast.
15. Upon check out surrender the TV remote, aircon remote and room keys to the caretaker. Please wait a while your
rooms and the facilities are being checked for any items you might have left behind.
