customer base in India as well as overseas countries like USA, UAE, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Vietnam &
Bangladesh. Our customers were very much satisfied with the performance of the machines and also the service
provided by us. We provide immediate service immaterial of the location. We offered more than 150
Welding Electrode Plants in INDIA and also we exporting to other Countries with best customer satisfaction.

1. Installed 5 MT capacity plant at M/S. Oimex Electrodes, Bangladesh in the year 2012.
2. Installed 5 MT capacity plant at M/S. Thuthuka welding, South Africa in the year 2012.
3. Installed 5 MT capacity plant at M/S. Special metals, USA in the year 2013.
4. Installed 10 MT capacity plant at Tanzania in the year 2014.
5. Installed 7 MT capacity plant at M/S. Al-Bedayaenterprises, Qatar in the year 2014.
6. Installed 10 MT capacity plant at M/S. Narkay Makina, Turkey in the year 2015.

8. Now Installed Two 10 MT capacity plants at M/S. Nasar groups, Egypt in the year 2018.
9. Now Installed 7 MT capacity plant at M/S. Fusion Tech, Egypt in the year 2018.
10. A lab model extruder was shipped to M/S. Esab, Brazil.
11. Lab model extruder for M/S. Oerlikon, Turkey was also shipped.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. DELIVERY :

Normal Delivery of equipment is from 20 to 24 weeks on receipt of clear Purchase Order with advance. The above
delivery period shall be subject to Force majeure conditions.

2. PAYMENT :

35% of the Total value as advance along with the clear purchase order. The balance 65% plus IGST
against Proforma Invoice at the time of Inspection.

3. INSURANCE / TRANSPORTATION:

The transit and installation insurance of equipment is to be arranged by the customer, Transportation can be
arranged upon request on “To-Pay” basis.

4. PACKING & FORWARDING CHARGES

The Packing/forwarding charges are extra at actual.

5. LIABILITY:

Liability/risks will pass to the customers immediately upon dispatch of goods from our works.

6. SHORTAGES:

Our responsibility ceases once the goods leaves our works or when handed over to the transport carriers for despatch to
the station against GC Note and also we will not be responsible for any loss, damage, breakage etc., in transit.

7. ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING:

We offer the services of our persons for erection and demonstration of the machines supplied. All
Necessary Help at site is to be provided by the customer to our commissioning staff.

8a. COMMISSIONING CHARGES:

Rs.60,000/= will be charged as travelling expenses for the erection team members of 3 to 4 persons and living
expenses for them to be borne by the customer during the commissioning period. The Normal period of
commissioning of the equipment is about 4 days, if all the site material and necessary arrangements are provided in time.
9. WARRANTY OF EQUIPMENT:

The warrant that all the machine/s, equipment/s, accessories manufactured by us are free from defects in both Material
and workmanship. We undertake to repair the part at our works or, at our option, to replace free of charge, only part or
part of supplies (excepting expendable items such as bearing, belts, seals, electrical etc.,) found faulty, within the period
of warranty as specified hereunder to be returned to us freight pre-paid, fully packed and duly insured at customer’s
cost which on examination and in our opinion found defective in material or workmanship arising solely from faulty design.

Please note that if cause of failure is identified as it is due to improper operation, maintenance negligence, tampering
or any accident etc. then such parts and labour are not covered under above warranty clause. This be are judged fairly
by team of our technical experts. The warranty is applicable for period of12 months from the date of despatch.

10. LAPSE OF WARRANTY:

The warranty may elapse if the customer is found to be using the components from any other suppliers or
Manufactured by him without our written permission or if factory set limits are tampered with.

11. SPARES AVAILABILITY:

If the customer wishes to stock some selected spares then they are advised to allow 6 to 1 0 weeks delivery time
after placing order with 35% advance. For the balance, the spares will be sent through bank. Please note that we do not
offer discount on spares. Spares prices are subject to charges without notice.

12. JURISDICTION:

All claims will be settled in the law courts under Coimbatore jurisdiction.
