Cakra Medika as medical service provider based on occupational health and safety, has
been presented in Indonesia as a form of our concern over employees health and
corporation which stand in balance.
Based on the Ministerial Decree Number 02/Men/1980 regarding the occupational health
check-up in order to maintaining the safety and health of employees, Ministerial Decree
Number 03/Men/1982 regarding occupational health service, and Causal OHSAS 18001
regarding monitoring, therefore employees must be considered as valuable assets for
company where the health and safety will beneficially influence the level of productivity. We
present to You a comprehensive service which covers preventive, curative, and
rehabilitative aspects in the form of integrated occupational health service.
Comprehensive service and customer satisfaction have always been our top priority as well
as continuous improvement based on competency bolstered by high quality equipment
