Job Summary:
As a Lead Game Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of game
development, coordinating the work of the development team, and ensuring the successful
delivery of high-quality video games.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
Lead the development team, providing technical guidance and expertise in game development.
Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve the game's vision and goals.
Collaborate with the design and art teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the
creative vision.

Project Management:
Plan, schedule, and manage development tasks and milestones.
Assign tasks to team members and ensure project deadlines are met.
Monitor and control project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Programming and Development:


Hands-on coding to build game systems, mechanics, and features.
Optimize code for performance, memory usage, and scalability.
Debug and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor developers.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings and reviews.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure that the game is thoroughly tested for bugs, glitches, and performance issues.

 8 + years of experience in game development with a strong portfolio of shipped titles.
 Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in game development, such as
C++, C#, and Unity.
 Strong understanding of game engines and development tools (e.g., Unity Engine).
 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
 Leadership and project management experience, including team management and task
assignment.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Knowledge of software development best practices and version control systems.
 Creativity and a passion for gaming.
