develop and promote digital products and marketing services. The company offers a mix of marketing,
advertising, and advisory services.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in
accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial
analysis results.
Oversee the general ledger to ensure accurate recording of financial
transactions.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Coordinate with external tax consultants for timely and accurate filing of tax
returns.
Facilitate and coordinate the annual external audit process.
Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and
accuracy.
Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
Work closely with other departments to provide financial information and
support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
4+ years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Project Duration: Long Term
Effort: 8 hours per day with 30 lunch break
Location: On-site, Cluj-Napoca, Romania
