1. That I am the complainant in the FIR No. 26/2019 P.S. Wazirabad and as
such I am well conversant with facts and circumstances of the case and
therefore competent for this Affidavit.

me and the said device running on latest version of Mac/Windows/Android
Operating System.
5. The print out was taken after taking the photo from my wedding album by
my mobile device and I am having lawful control over the use of the mobile
device running on Android Operating System.
6. The recording device as stated and produced, is owned by me and having
lawful control over the use of the device.

APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF THE COMPLAINANT SEEKING TO
ALLOW THE PHOTOGRAPHS ATTACHED TO BE TAKEN ON RECORD
MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. That the abovementioned matter is fixed on P.E. for today.
2. That during the investigation, the complainant has supplied the photographs
of the dowry taken by the accused persons at the time of marriage to the I.O.
of the case but unfortunately the photos have not submitted in the chargesheet
forwarded in the case by the I.O.
3. That the complainant has annexed the abovementioned print-outs of the
photographs along with affidavit u/s 65B(4) of the Evidence Act, 1872 along
with the application and humbly submits that the same shall be taken on
record.
PRAYER
In the light of the abovesaid reasons, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble
Court may be pleased to allow the application of the complainant seeking to allow
the photographs attached to be taken on record in the interest of justice.
