“Slogan writing competition”
Rules and Regulations
1. Eligibility
- The competition is open to all law students
currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
- Participants may enter individually or as team consisting
of 2 members only.
- Participants are obligated to fill the Registration Form to
confirm their participation.
2. Themes/Topics
1
- Participants must choose one of the following topics for
their slogan:
1. "Justice for All"
2. "Equality Before the Law"
3. "Rule of Law, Rule of Life"
4. "Human Rights for a Better Tomorrow"
5."Law and Ethics: Partners in Justice"
6."Protecting Privacy, Preserving Freedom"
7."Sustainability Through Law"
8."Legal Empowerment for All"
9."Freedom with Responsibility"
10."Access to Justice: A Right, Not a Privilege"
3. Slogan Requirements
- The slogan must be original and not copied or
plagiarized from any existing works.
- The slogan should be concise, impactful, and relevant to
the chosen topic.
- The length of the slogan should not exceed 15 words.
- The slogan must be written in English or Hindi.

4. Submission Guidelines
-Slogans should be submitted on a Half Chart
Paper only, which has to be carried by the
participants.
-Slogans will be written in the College in the
allotted time only. Any work before that will be
disqualified.
- Each participant /Team consisting of 2 members
to submit only one slogan.
- The submission must include the participant’s full Name,
Semester , Contact information, and the Chosen topic.
5.Evaluation Criteria
- Relevance : The slogan's relevance to the chosen
topic and its ability to convey the intended message.
- Creativity : Originality and creativity in the expression of
ideas.
- Impact : The emotional or intellectual impact of the
slogan.

- Brevity and Clarity : The ability to communicate a
strong message succinctly and clearly.
6.Judging Panel
- The judging panel will consist of legal professionals,
faculty members, and communication experts.
- The judges' decisions are final and binding.
7.Prizes
Prizes will be awarded for the top three slogans:
- First Place: Certificate of Achievement
- Second Place: Certificate of Achievement
- Third Place: Certificate of Achievement
- All participants will receive a certificate of
participation
8.Code of Conduct
- Participants must adhere to the highest standards of

academic integrity. Any form of plagiarism or cheating will
result in immediate disqualification.
- Respectful and professional language must be used
in the slogans. Any offensive or inappropriate content
will lead to disqualification.
