Full KYC Through KYC Portal.
Please follow the below steps to perform KYC through the online portal:
1) Go to https://kyc.consumers.pluxee.in
2) Enter the registered e-mail add/mobile number, last for digits of the card number
and captcha image. Click on “Submit”.
3) Enter the OTP sent on your registered e-mail address/mobile number.
4) Click on “Complete Your KYC” to proceed further.
5) Click on Full KYC, accept Terms and Conditions and click on Submit KYC.
6) Enter the PAN Card number and click on Submit. If the PAN Card number entered is
valid, then you will see a message.
7) If the PAN Card number entered is incorrect or the PAN Card Number is Invalid, then
you will see the below message screens for completing the KYC through Offline
Aadhar.
8) Click on the link shown below to go to the Aadhar website and download the Offline
Aadhar E-KYC Zip file.
9) Clicking on the Aadhar portal link will show you the below message. Clicking on Offline
Aadhar will take you to the Aadhar Portal
10) Click on Login.
11) Enter the Aadhar Number.
12) Enter Captcha.
13) Click on Send OTP.
14) Enter OTP.
15) Click on Login.
16) Click on Offline eKYC.
17) Create a 4-digit Share Code.
18) Click on Download.
19) Once the ZIP folder is downloaded go to back to the Pluxee portal.
20) Click on Upload Aadhar XML Zip File.
21) Choose File to upload the Zip folder.
22) Enter Pass Phrase/Share Code created on the Aadhar Portal.
23) Click Submit.
24) Once the Zip Folder is submitted.
• If your name on Aadhar matches with your name in Pluxee’s system, then the KYC
will be auto approved by the system.
• If your name on Aadhar does not match with your name in Pluxee’s system, you will
have to select one of the following documents from the Document Type drop-down
menu viz, Driver’s License, Voter ID or Passport and enter the Document Number.
Click on OK.
• You will see the below message once your KYC is submitted.
