GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPANTS
Dear Participants,
Kindly follow the instructions given below:
➢ The exhibition is only for Grades V to XII.
➢ The schedule of Exhibition is as follows:
• Arrival and Model/Projects installation – 9.00 AM to 10.00AM
• Inauguration ceremony – 10.00 AM to 10.30 AM
• Evaluation of Models/Projects – 10.30 AM to 1.30 PM
• Result Declaration and Closing Ceremony – 1.30 PM to 2.00 PM
• Theme of Exhibition:Innovation and Novelty
• Mode of registration – Online (Absolutely Free)
• Starting Date: 24.10.2024 at 05:00 PM
• Closing Date: 09.11.2024 at 05:00 PM

• Students may participate in four categories:
Category – I: Classes V & VI
Category – II: Classes VII & VIII
Category – III: Classes IX & X
Category – IV: Classes XI & XII
➢ Only two students in each category may participate.
➢ The schools can register only one team for each category.
➢ The name of the students and the name of the exhibits, once registered, will not change.
➢ Ourschool is promoting Plastic Free Environment; please do not use plastic or thermocol to make
yourexhibits. Use some eco-friendly materials for your projects.
➢ The participating school/team would bear all expensesrelated to participation in the event. No
reimbursementwill be made by Sarvodaya Public School, Hirapur, Sakti.
➢ All accessories like laptop, internet, data cable, batteries or power cords, packaging materials etc.
will be arranged by the Participating Schools only. No such facilities will be provided by Sarvodaya
Public School, Hirapur, Sakti.
➢ Exhibits will be assessed by a team of experts as per the following criteria:
➢ Creativity and imagination 20%
➢ Originality and innovativeness 20%
➢ Scientific Approach and utility 20%
➢ Economic (Low cost) and Durability 20%
➢ Presentation 20%
➢ The decision of the expert/jury members would be final, unquestionable and irrevocable.
➢ Result declaration and prize/certificate distribution would be done on the same day.
