Conversa)onal Arabic Course Intensive using Bayna Yadayk (Book 1)

Lesson Length: 1 Hour 30 Minutes

Methodology of Lesson:
- No Speaking English within the Lessons unless it is necessary.
- Prior to the Lesson, Students will have learnt the Vocabulary for the Unit

As Soon as the lesson begins:

Go Through the Dialogue Once or twice as a class – Then use that Dialogue to converse with
each other for 1 hour; RepeKKon is key to memorising Vocabulary. Repeat the Dialogue
conKnually unKl one has mastered it with each other.

30 minutes should be uKlised to answer the exercise quesKons in the Unit. Everyone should
speak aloud and answer them. AQer one has secured their answers verbally – go to
someone else and check your answers with them.

Note: When lessons have progressed, when discussing dialogues with each other, begin
IncorporaKng the Dialogues from the previous lessons inside your discussions – Helps
develop comprehension and fluency, as well as retaining those vocabulary.

Any QuesKons should be asked immediately regarding what a word means and then begin
using that word in Dialogue to remember it.
