close of our program. We may I call on our director, Jeremiah m Oppenano,
director of the Research Center For Social Sciences and Education of the
University of Santa Tomas to deliver his closing remarks.

Let us all welcome our director, Jeremiah Ocagnani. Ladies and gentlemen,
thank you for coming to Miss Universe. What more can I say? Because
you're very festive as if you won the lottery, but there's no cash. So,
you know, my the closing message is here.

So why read this? But it's more perhaps of, this time, we would like we,
on behalf of colleagues from the university, would like to say thank you,
to all of you. Many are past attendees, and then we have new ones. So,
The reactions earlier I don't know why you were so festive because this
is research. If you ask college students, what is the most hated subject?

It's thesis writing. And then all of you, you were so animated when your
names were called. And then some of you were crying, and so Kito crying.
But just don't forget us this Christmas. So, I would like to take this
occasion to thank, some offices, of course, the Philippine Council For
Health Research and Development of the Department of Science and
Technology led by its executive director, doctor Jaime Montoya.

Email if I may share a little story. Because in this event, this is a

surprise event for us. I think there is a commission on audit regulation
that, government officials handing grants in it are not supposed to
implement. So when the money was downloaded to Sampalok, we were kind of,
worried and anxious if we will be able to pay the people here. So last
week actually my role here in the organizing committee is more of a
bagger.

Bagger. And then, this is the 3rd time that, our center has handled this
event. Although this year, there is an extra event or extra project that
was downloaded and I had to act as a bag man last week. So we would like
to thank the corporate planning department of the Philippine Health and
Insurance Corporation led by its acting senior manager, Dennis
Foramadero. Thank you very much, sir.

And finally and I would like to ask the people I will call to please
rise. Just proper. I'll start with the young ones. Hannah Medina, please
rise. Camille Kalakdai, please rise.

Alexis Manresa, Ethan Santa Maria, no matter the hype, Doctor. Chrisley
Torrio. So ladies and gentlemen, that's it for Miss Universe 2024, or
should I say the 8th? Field Health Studies Forum. Thank you very much,
and it's time to celebrate Halloween at.

Thank you so much, doctor Opehanyano. I am 411, by the way, wearing 2

inches. So that makes me 51 today. Alright. So now let's turn our
attention to the lead wall to witness the audiovisual presentation of the
highlights from our 2 day event professionally crafted by Stream It Media
Production.

On behalf of the organizers and partners of the 8th Seal Health Studies
Forum, I extend my deepest appreciation to all our guests and
participants for making this event a true success. Today, we come
together with a common purpose, celebrating the essence of the
Philippines' field studies program under the theme, Inclusive Healthcare,
strengthening health systems through health financing. Health care has
always been a right. It has always been a right, and I want us to
acknowledge and dwell on that. And not an exclusive privilege burdening
people.

We are gathered to ensure that no one is left behind in accessing quality

healthcare. And standing together with a clear purpose and that is to
transform our health insurance system that reaches everybody regardless
of status. Achieving UHC by 2,030 is a challenging but essential goal. By
addressing the inequities and inefficiencies in our health system and
leveraging data for informed decision making. We can ensure better health
outcomes and financial protections for all Filipinos.

In this spirit, I encourage my fellow public servants and our partners to

unite in our shared mission To provide quality, affordable, and
accessible healthcare to Filipinos. Together, we can make a meaningful
difference in the lives of the people we serve. With everything we've
discussed today, I hope you've not only gained and gathered support for
the initiatives of field health studies, but also found new partners in
our shared pursuit of universal healthcare and sustainable health
financing in the country. Hand in hand, we can move closer to a healthier
and happier nation working side by side to make this dream a reality
through our shared sense of destiny. In the spirit of ill health's
vision, sa field health studies of research, bawat Pilipino, aipotekrado,
halosugan aisigurado.

Marami salamat bot mabuhayam 8 field health studies, Again, thank you so
much, Again, I am doctor Chris Lamtorio, assistant professor at the
University of Santa Tomas, a research associate at the Research Center
For Social Sciences and Education of the University of Santa Tomas, and
your moderator for today for this last day of the health 8th field health
studies forum. Thank you so much for sharing your hearts to the Filipino.
