ecosystem, like a forest or a coral
reef, and what kind of plants and
animals live there?
2. How do the different plants and
animals in an ecosystem work
together? Can you give an
example?

ecosystem, like a new plant STUDENT’S ACTIVITY

4. Growing or a new animal moving
in, how does it affect the other
things living there?
How do people's actions impact
ecosystems and what can we do
to help protect them?
5. Can you think of a time when you
saw how what happens in the
environment affects people's
lives, like a natural disaster or
pollution in a river?
