Job Title: Portfolio Manager Responsibilities:

project status, address emerging issues, and provide actionable solutions.

4. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders frequently to gather feedback,


address concerns, and ensure project outcomes are aligned with their expectations.

5. Deliverable Tracking: Monitor project deliverables closely, adjusting plans as needed to


meet organizational and stakeholder requirements.

6. Direct Project Management: Lead and oversee key strategic projects that have high
visibility and importance within the portfolio.

7. Issue Resolution and Escalation: Tackle significant project challenges and escalate issues
when necessary, ensuring timely communication with the Department Head and
stakeholders.

8. Risk and Quality Management: Collaborate with M&E Officers to ensure all projects
comply with organizational quality standards, addressing any risks or deviations promptly.

9. Knowledge Sharing: Promote coordination, best practices, and knowledge sharing across
project teams to enhance overall portfolio performance.

Qualifications:

1. Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field


(Master’s preferred).

2. Experience:

o 7-10 years of project management experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership or


portfolio management role.

o Proven experience managing multiple, large-scale projects.

3. Certifications:

o PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent required. PfMP or similar is a plus.


4. Skills:

o Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, MS Project, etc.).

o Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.

o Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and strategic thinking abilities.

5. Other:

o Experience with monitoring and evaluation frameworks.

o Ability to work in diverse, fast-paced environments.


Job Title: Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all aspects of projects from conception to completion, including
defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and


budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Lead and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution
of projects.

• Engage with key stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, gather feedback,
and ensure that project goals are aligned with stakeholder expectations.

• Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule
and within budget.

• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, identifying
and addressing any issues that may arise.

• Monitor project budget consumption, ensuring that expenditures are aligned with the
approved budget.

• Follow up with vendors on the payment process, ensuring that payments are made
according to the terms specified in the contract.

• Provide regular updates on budget status to management and propose adjustments as

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project

• Report and escalate issues to management as needed, ensuring that risks are addressed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Proven work experience in project management at least 5 years. preferably in the


development or training sector.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a
diverse team.
• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage tight
deadlines.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello…etc)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Fluent in both English and Arabic.


Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer
Job Description:

The M&E Officer is responsible for ensuring that all projects within the EYouth for Development
department are monitored and evaluated effectively. The role focuses on tracking project progress,
assessing outcomes, and ensuring alignment with donor requirements and organizational
objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring & Data Collection: Develop M&E frameworks, track project KPIs, and oversee
data collection.

2. Evaluation & Reporting: Analyze project outcomes, prepare reports, and share insights to
improve project performance.

3. Data Analysis: Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize project
implementation.

4. Collaboration: Train teams on M&E tools, and work closely with project managers to
integrate M&E into project activities.

5. Compliance: Ensure projects comply with donor and organizational standards.

6. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external stakeholders to meet M&E requirements


and share findings.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, or related fields (Master’s


preferred).

2. Experience: 3-5 years in M&E, ideally in development or training projects.

3. Skills: Proficiency in M&E tools (Excel, SPSS, Power BI), strong data analysis, reporting, and
presentation skills.

4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage


stakeholders.

5. Other: Familiarity with donor requirements (e.g., USAID, UN) and willingness to travel as
needed.

Job Description:

The Employment Officer is responsible for securing job and internship placements for program
participants and ensuring that employment outcomes are tracked and reported effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Job Placement Coordination:

o Develop and maintain partnerships with companies, NGOs, and government


agencies to secure employment or internship opportunities for program graduates.

o Match participants’ skills and qualifications with suitable job openings and facilitate
placement processes.

o Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and ensure


participants are prepared for the roles available.

2. Employment Tracking & Reporting:

o Monitor employment outcomes, including job placement rates, retention, and


career progression of participants.

o Maintain a comprehensive database of participants, employment partners, and job


placements to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.

o Report on job placement activities and outcomes to project stakeholders,


identifying trends and areas for improvement.

3. Relationship Building:

o Build and maintain long-term relationships with employers and employment


partners to secure ongoing job and internship opportunities for program
participants.

o Organize networking events, job fairs, and recruitment sessions to connect


participants with potential employers.

Qualifications:

1. Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related fields.

2. Experience:

o 3-5 years in job placement, recruitment, or employment services.


o Proven experience in developing partnerships with employers and facilitating
successful job placements.

3. Skills:

o Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

o Excellent organizational skills for managing databases and reporting.

Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job description:

• Assist the Project Manager in the execution of project plans, ensuring tasks are completed
on time and within scope.

• Follow up on all activities related to project implementation, both virtual and on-ground.

• Coordinate with field coordinators to ensure seamless execution of project activities across
different locations.

• Monitor project progress against the project plan, identifying any deviations and reporting
them to the Project Manager.

• Prepare detailed reports on project activities, providing insights and recommendations to


the Project Manager.

• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the project
frameworks established by the Project Manager.

• Assist in monitoring project budget consumption, ensuring expenditures align with the

Qualifications:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in the educational field.

• Excellent English & Arabic languages (Reading and writing)
