Chain of Command
The Chain of Command is a system put in place to ensure that higher
ranks are not bothered with small issues that can be resolved through
the lower high ranks. If you have a question or concern, you should talk
to the lowest high rank that you can contact.

You should direct yourself firstly to a Unit Staff. For example, if you have a query
about how to join the Instructor Unit, you can ask one of the Instructor Unit Staff.
Wait 12 hours for a response. After, if they’re unable to answer your question,
move up the ranks or go to who they say to go to.

The Chain of Command goes as follows:

Unit Staff → Unit Executive → Unit Commander → Regimental
Sergeant Major → Head of Personnel → Executive Officer → Commanding
Officer
This system is put in place so that the valuable time of higher ranks is not wasted
and tasks can be done by people who are better suited to solve them. Not
following the chain of command will result in your question not being answered
and you will receive some sort of punishment.

Explanation of Ranks

Handcuff Regulations
Introduction
To use the cuffs, on a PC you would hold the “E” key on your keyboard until
you detain somebody. On mobile, you would hold on to your screen to detain
somebody.
These rules are strictly enforced within the Royal Military Police. You are
granted these tools for a reason and you are not to abuse them.
You must provide a reason when arresting someone. (Be specific)
You may edit the amount of seconds to arrest someone for the following
reasons.
■ No Uniform - 180 seconds
■ Not on the path - 180 seconds
■ Unauthorized Firearm Usage - 180 seconds
■ Disobeying Officer orders - 220 seconds
■ Disrespect and toxicity - 400 seconds
■ Trolling - 400 seconds
■ Random Killing - 400 seconds
Procedures
Did they break a rule of some sort?
■ If they did, you are authorized to arrest/detain said personnel if they
were
previously given 3+ warnings.
Are they a civilian?
■ If so, kill the civilian instead.
Are they doing what they are supposed to be doing?
■ After 3+ warnings and they continue to misbehave, you are
authorized to
arrest/detain said personnel.
Notes:
● If they are breaking a rule off the Parade Deck you must follow the same
arresting procedures as mentioned below.
● If there is someone breaking a rule at the gate, follow proper arresting
procedure but do not disrupt gate duties.
● However, do not warn/arrest while they are at their spawn, traveling to
get their uniform or following your directions.
● QM's can wear a suit at the parade deck; this is part of their uniform
regulations and they should not be arrested for it.
● Do not break another rule to arrest an offender.
● If someone is AFK and off the path you can detain them and release them
back on to the path.
● Do not handcuff civilians/raiders.
● Do not cuff Regimental Recruits before giving them 3+ Warnings.
● Do not cuff other RMP members who are doing their jobs.
● Do not troll with the handcuffs as they make RMP look unprofessional.

● Cuff abuse will lead to an exile and permanent blacklist from RMP.
Additional Information
○ Do not cuff and arrest without providing a detailed reason first.
○ You are allowed to cuff other Regimental Members, but only after
gathering proof of what they have done, and warning them 3 times
following the correct arresting procedure.
○ After that you send it to HOS+, if you do not it will be classed as
Cuff Abusing.
○ Examples of last resort: Their superior did not show up after
SOME TIME. They continue to break the rules and regulations.
